3 In case of urgent assistance outside opening hours Alabu Bolig has concluded an agreement with SSG A/S, which is a leading specialist in facility services and damage control. The agreement is a hotline phone service, when fast and urgent assistance is necessary. It comes into force outside the normal opening hours of Beboerservice /outside the caretaker s normal working hours, on weekends and public holidays. SSG A/S evaluate each case and are arrange for the necessary assistance on basis of the craftsman list of the department. After each contact SSG A/S sends a status report for statistical purposes to the administration and to the responsible caretaker. Hotline:
4 Worth knowing Borrowing a drilling machine Some of the walls in the building are made of concrete, and therefore the department provides a special drilling machine free of charge. The drilling mashine can be borrowed against a deposit of DKK 200. Kindly contact Beboerservice for more information. The galleries/corridors Do not leave any waste in the galleries/corridors. They have status of fire exits and there must be free accessibility. Stair cleaning The stairs shall be cleaned once a week by a professional cleaning company. Party facilities It is possible to rent party facilities. Kindly contact the caretaker for further information. Pets No pets allowed. 5 List of defects, damages and deficiencies When moving into your new home you must make a list of defects, damages and deficiencies that you find in the flat. The list is valid only if you have declared the list to the link in the report of the takeover inspection (forwarded to you by mail). When you have made the list of defects, damages and deficiencies you must arrange for a meeting with the caretaker in order to go through the list. Please contact Beboerservice, Tel , to arrange for this meeting no later than 14 days after your moving in. It is very important, that the list of defects, damages and deficiencies is as detailed as possible/is filled in correctly to make sure that you when moving out do not risk to be held liable/to be obliged to pay for damages caused before your moving in. 5.
6 Cleaning checklist for vacation of premises We kindly draw your attention to the fact, that when moving out, you might save expenses for extraordinary cleaning, if you have cleaned the flat yourself as mentioned below: 1. Washing of all woodwork and doors - including drawers and closets/cabinets. 2. Cleaning the radiators remember the back and all spaces. 3. Cleaning of sink drains incl. the drain traps. 4. Cleaning of floor gratings and drain traps in the shower stall. 5. Cleaning of the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink. Sanitary appliances (mixer faucet) Shower, toilet, floor tiles and wall tiles. Ventilation devices. 6. Cleaning windows and polishing mirrors. 7. Washing of all floors. 8. Cleaning of the stove also removing burnt-on grease. Remember to pull the stove out and clean behind it. 9. Cleaning of the exhaust hood Filters must be taken out and grease removed. 10. Remember emptying the basement storage. Start cleaning well in advance since some of these tasks may need to be re-done several times. Unless otherwise agreed with the caretaker, various fittings that have been installed by the tenant are to be removed (for curtains, blinds, shower curtain and lamps). REMEMBER that all keys/key chips, laundry chips must be handed in at the moving out inspection of the premises. 6.
