6 PC PUMP COIL JOINT 6 The PC Pump Coil Joint is an innova ve product first developed by Apex Advanced Solu ons which is specifically designed to offer the following advantages: Provides 4mm extra clearance when compared to J kg/m tubing. Allows producer to u lize pump geometries with larger cavi es & be er inflow performance in heavy oil wells. Provides adequate clearance to coil past rotors up to 58mm as compared to 54mm in J kg/m tubing. Bending strain in Coiled Tubing can cause the OD to grow more than 20%. Design accommodates ballooning effects. The Coil Joint maintains adequate fluid velocity in the tubing to carry sand to surface. (4 1/2 EUE Tubing does not). Can be installed the same as a regular joint of tubing. No special equipment is required on the Rig. Superior material to J55. This results in be er wear ability with a tube wall that is 23% thicker. 8 DOWNHOLE TUBING ROTATOR 8 Apex Advanced has partnered with an industry leader to distribute the MOST manufactured Downhole Tubing Rotator. This version of the tubing rotator is connected in line with the tubing, located just below the tubing hanger. This rotator harnesses the torque delivered by a downhole PC Pump allowing the tubing to rotate at controlled increments. It has an internal braking system and locks to the le. 11 GAS AND VAPOR COMPRESSOR (GVC) 11 The Apex Advanced Gas and Vapor Compressor (GVC) system has been designed to reduce casing gas pressure in an oil well to increase back pressure which will improve inflow performance. This feature allows the injec on of casing gas directly into the flow line. The GVC system is equipped with a fully automated control unit, that will automa cally adjust the unit performance based on changing well dynamics. The GVC system can be integrated easily with any ar ficial li system, and communicate with intelligent systems to increase produc on. The unit is easy to install and maintain. 14 LINEAR ROD PUMP (LRP ) 14 The Apex Advanced Linear Rod Pump (LRP ) combines simple mechanics and industry leading variable speed well control in a compact, unobtrusive solu on with significant cost and performance advantages over tradi onal pumping systems. The LRP is an innova ve alterna ve to conven onal beam pumps and progressing cavity pumps. LINEAR ROD PUMP (LRP ) FEATURES Simple rack and pinion mechanism eliminates high iner a mechanics. Lubrica on is provided on every stroke by submerging the rack in an oil bath. U lizes motor reversing and servo posi oning capabili es of a flux vector VSD. Electronic control is more capable than hydraulic reversing systems. The LRP pumping unit mounts directly to the exis ng wellhead. Compact lightweight and easy to transport and install. Easy to move from well to well. Op mized for una ended opera on on remote wells. Programmable mo on enhances the effec ve stroke length comparable to a larger unit. So ware monitors polished rod separa on during opera on. Adjusts speed accordingly. Natural gas can be recycled to power the LRP using a GPL. 17 PMM SURFACE DRIVEHEAD 17 Apex Advanced has partnered with an industry leader to distribute the MOST manufactured Permanent Magnet Motor Surface Drivehead. This premium drivehead is the ul mate in drivehead technology with respect to opera onal, maintenance and safety ini a ves. It does not have any external moving parts, there are no belts, sheaves or external brakes. There is no polished rod and clamping system above the drive to be ghtened as the drive sha simply plugs into the mul func on wellhead.
