8 Be Prepared Coordination & Scope Establish procedures & duties, to promote planning and to establish training for fire and other emergency evacuations as required by university policy and applicable regulatory codes and standards. Area occupants, staff, and students are expected to be familiar with emergency procedures, participate in training, and orient and inform guests of the procedures to be followed in case of an alarm or emergency. Applies to all employees and/or building occupants.
