No apartments or other rental units will be accepted for purchase. $20.00 For any account where the Equifax Beacon Score utilized is not from the homeowner the following must occur: 1. The person providing the Equifax Beacon Score must sign the customer agreement and all other required related paperwork. 2. The person providing the Equifax Beacon Score must also provide the monitoring payment information. 3. ADT s billing relationship must be with the person providing the Equifax Beacon Score.
