4 The company has also expanded at international level: In the year 1971 Theben founded its first foreign sales company in France, followed by Italy in 1992 and Great Britain in 1996 in the shape of the company Timeguard. In the year 2007 High Technology Systems AG in Switzerland was taken over, from which emerged today s Theben HTS AG. However, 600 of the 700 company s workers are employed as before in Germany, most of them in the headquarters in Haigerloch, where administration and production are located. In addition Theben is represented by commercial agencies in 52 countries all over the world.
