7 Remote Controls for Existing Switches PRODUCTS The EzRemote solution is unique in its ability to allow control of existing switches in any property using a remote control. When used with existing switches, the manual control of the existing switch is unchanged so that users can always use the manual switch. The solution can serve sockets with high loads and also provide optional dimming of incandescent lights and fan speed control. It can be installed within an hour, and requires no external wiring. The solution is designed with the latest technologies that deliver a soft and smooth electrical start which enhances the life of the connected devices (lights, fans, etc) unlike conventional relay-driven remote systems which can substantially shorten that life. The remote is available in 4-button and 12-button options and can be branded as required for large orders. A remote holder which can be mounted to any surface is provided. The manual touch switch and the remote control work interchangeably, like 2-way switches, where users can switch the device ON/OFF using either the switch or remote. This solution can be installed in both existing properties as replacement switches and in new properties such as homes, offices, hospitals etc. Soft LED displays on the switch provide convenient night time access and also provide the status of the load at all times. The movement can be initiated either from the EzRemote or from EzSwitches, providing users with ultimate levels of flexibility. Multiple curtains can also be controlled from a single remote. The motion of the curtain is in the form of a smooth, continuous movement initiated by pressing and holding down the button on the remote or the switch. 15 Live Video Monitoring The EzMonitor solution is an indoor IP camera that monitors your property and provides a constant vigil over children, seniors, employees or service providers who might have access to the property. The camera is placed in an appropriate spot on the property, and it can connect wirelessly to any existing WiFi on the property or to the internet to enable remote viewing using the Smart App. The App offers a lot of flexibility to control the camera by panning and tilting of cameras and is also unique in offering the option to capture a short stream of video. This video clip is stored in the 'cloud' and is accessible via the App anytime. The video clip recording can be manually enabled by the user or it can be initiated by a sensor. For instance, the recording can be automatically initiated when one of the safety sensors is triggered on the property. The sensors that may trigger such a recording could be a smoke sensor, gas sensor, intrusion sensor, motion sensor or glass break sensor. The short video clip recordings are stored remotely on cloud storage and therefore do not need any additional device such as a Digital Video Recorder (DVR). 17 Motion Sensor Controlled Lighting EzSense is a solution that is intended for property locations such as stairwells, bathrooms, passageways, pantries and kitchens, equipment rooms, where lights need to be turned ON based on the movement. EzSense turns the lights ON when movement is sensed and turns it OFF when no motion is sensed over a predefined period. The Motion Sensor is based on Passive Infrared (PIR) sensing technology. It provides the convenience of not having to turns lights ON/OFF manually and automatically working to conserve energy wherever it is installed. It is a simple and practical solution for energy conservation not only for lighting but also for any other electrical devices that need to be triggered based on motion sensing. Multiple deployment options are available for this solution, such as multiple sensors controlling a single light/device or alternatively, one sensor triggering multiple lights/ devices. There are options where a sensor override switch can be provided to turn OFF the motion sensor based control and switch back to manual control. The sensor can be wired directly to loads and requires no battery power. Wireless options are also possible where the sensor communicates wirelessly to trigger the load. 19 Centralized Lighting & Load Management System The solution offers management of any electrical load on any of your properties, from anywhere in the world. It offers immense flexibility for managing distributed electrical loads across the facility through centralized control. Whether in a housing community or commercial, retail, hospitality or healthcare related facility there are always electrical equipment or lighting that are distributed across the property. To name a few these may include, common area lighting, landscape lighting, facade lighting, street lighting, motors, pumps, generators and sprinklers. Easily enabling centralized control that can be operated on a computer or a tablet that displays the floor plan of the property and identifies the location of the load visually, allows for energy efficiency and operational effectiveness. In most cases, this solution can be achieved with minimal wiring or if large open spaces are involved, then wireless options for controlling the loads also exists. The solution works by connecting our actuators to the switch on each load. The actuators communicate to a controller either through wired or wireless means. A configurable Smart App that can operate on tablets, smartphones or a web application can be used to control the switches remotely. The status of the load is always shown to all users irrespective of where they are, thereby providing actionable information. Cloud based analytics allow rule based actuation of devices (e.g. schedule based), helping increase the level of efficiency achievable. 24 Door Intrusion Sensor Essential Safety & Security for an Apartment/Villa This solution enables monitoring of essential safety (smoke, gas leaks) and security (intrusion, panic) components within an individual home or villa through local sound alarms and through SMS, or Smartphone notifications. All the sensors communicate wirelessly to a controller that is the hub of operation. The controller triggers local audio alarms when an event is detected. This solution offers two alternative modes of communicating the events to the residents of the apartments. The communication can be enabled either via SIM card or alternatively through Internet as per the preference of users. The SIM card option uses SMS for communication of events and the internet based option provides communication via and notifications via a Smart App. The system can be armed or disarmed using a key fob or a Smart App. The solution can work at an individual apartment or villa level and it can also be integrated to a Central Monitoring System at the community level where security personnel can easily monitor multiple apartments in a community. 26 Integrated Safety for both, Home & Community This solution enables monitoring of basic safety (smoke, gas leaks) and security (intrusion, panic) components within an individual home. It communicates these emergencies both, within the apartment as well as at the community level to the appropriate security personnel so that they can take the necessary action. The solution works through sensors that are placed in each apartment which communicate to the controller also placed in the apartment. Each apartment level controller communicates with a Centralized Community Management System in order to share any emergency events that occur at the individual apartment. Sound alarms also occur at the apartment level. When events occur, at community level, they are broadcasted on the computer screen displays placed at the security station indicating both the location and type of emergency events that have occurred. Centralized Community Management System also saves a record of the event in a database and sends out an SMS to the residents of the property regarding the emergency event. The apartment resident receives the communication via SMS and optionally through Smart App notification and s. The solution ensures every possible means of communicating the emergency to all parties who can respond to the event. A camera with integrated doorbell sits next to the front door and enables the resident to see the visitor and have a conversation with them. 44 The BuildTrack Labs We have been awarded the LEED Commercial Interiors Platinum Rating by U.S. Green Building Council BuildTrack Labs are located at CBD Belapur Station Complex, Navi Mumbai in a facility that has been awarded the LEED Commercial Interiors Platinum Rating by U.S. Green Building Council. The labs and offices use the entire BuildTrack brand of products to provide elements of energy efficiency, safety, security, comfort and convenience and serve as a product demonstration showroom for all the products developed. The green space is a high performing indoor environment for the employees and serves as a place which Architects, Contractors, Engineers and Students can visit to learn about sustainable features and automation products and technologies that can be easily applied in residential, commercial, educational, hospitality, healthcare and industrial settings.
