(ZE PAK S.A.) by spinning off the repair and servicing staff. We modernize and maintain electrical systems and automation systems in power industry We specialize in provision of full industrial services. We offer broad range of services in maintenance of machinery, equipment and production systems. We carry out measuring & diagnostics services and modernization services for automation systems, electrical devices and systems and ICT infrastructure. We also perform comprehensive investment projects in the above mentioned industries. In order to meet the growing requirements of our customers we continuously raise our qualifications by employing experienced and highly specialized personnel and extension of the specialized technical facilities. Since the beginning of our existence the activity of our company has comprised comprehensive servicing and overhaul of electrical and automation equipment, starting from HV electrical equipment to automation and ICT networks and signalling systems, and from 2006 (as a result of acquisition of emergency electricians), also a 24h maintenance of electrical systems in three power plants and three LV substations. In parallel to maintenance services our company develops comprehensive project services in electrical field and Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation with most of the projects being executed in the broadly conceived domestic power market. 02

Our priority is the maximization of safety in production, equipment and safety of employees of our customers plants Maintenance services Electrical equipment and automation systems maintenance management We offer services in organization, optimization and supervision of production machinery, devices and system maintenance processes particularly in power industry where high quality standards regarding safety and equipment reliability are indispensable. Supervision of the project implementation comprises construction and updating of equipment database including: history of servicing and maintenance, failure frequency and operation time for the needs of equipment life monitoring. At the same time we carry out a number of actions regarding improvement of prevention, education and development of human resources responsible for those areas. Management of the whole process is based on CMMS MAXIMO system (IBM). 24h maintenance service We offer: 24h technical emergency service shift maintenance teams and employees assigned on-call duty, current and repeatable operations related to maintenance checking the running order and maintenance of equipment subject to maintenance by specialized service teams plus other overhauls and repairs. Selected services: periodical inspections of power supply systems (switching stations, transformers), control systems and electrical protection, periodical inspections of Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation, servicing of digital control systems, performance of system engineer function (Si-matic & PCS7 by Siemens, WDPF and OVATION by EMERSON, PROCONTROL and MELODY by ABB, PLC and PAC by GE FANUC), servicing of Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation systems and devices, overhaul of electrical machinery and equipment. Specialized measurements and technical diagnostics periodical inspection of devices and systems by mobile measuring groups equipped with special instruments Our services comprise but are not limited to: thermographic measurements, measurement of tightness of vacuum and pressure systems, dust and gas emission measurements. 6 Implementation of projects Supply of power supply and electricity conversion systems We offer comprehensive project implementation services: project management, design, completion of deliveries, assembly/installation, commissioning, warranty and post-warranty service for electrical equipment, Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation apparatuses and IT infrastructure of facilities. We execute investment projects and perform specialized services related to: LV, MV and HV switching stations (primary and secondary circuits control, measurements, power system protection), reactive power compensations systems, wireless power supply systems, power & electronic systems, control switchgears, cable routes and cabling, electrical heating systems, testing and measurements of electrical devices including electrical protection systems

7 Supply of industrial automation systems Supply of ICT systems, fire alarm systems and video surveillance systems Selected services: Supply of Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation systems for facilities. EL PAK Sp. z o.o. offers installation and servicing of Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation apparatuses in facility systems for various equipment and installation including power equipment. Integration and modernization of control systems based on products produced by reputable manufacturers. Our competencies include also combination of various control systems into one, effective system and modernization of systems. Supply of waste gas analysis systems. We supply and install waste gas analysis systems for both technological purposes (combustion process control) and environmental protection purposes. We offer comprehensive services in ICT systems: configuration of telephone exchanges and billing systems, installation and servicing of networks, subscriber systems and wireless telephony, installation of computer networks, installation of optic fibre connections. We have also performed supply, installation, commissioning and measurements of transportation and application layers (PDH) of SDH synchronous systems on substations. We also provide commercial audio systems installation services in facilities through wire broadcasting systems and stage sound systems.
