We are ISO9001 approved for development, manufacture and sales of our products. We were missing a piece to complete the puzzle. Now we completed as our laboratory has been accredited ISO/IEC We did a big investment. The manager of one of the most prestigious lab in Milan, Michele Stillavato joined our company beginning of We equipped our lab with the most sophisticated primary standard available on the market. The opening ceremony was held on October 24 th. IEC17025 is the main standard used by testing and calibration laboratories. SIT has a long collaboration with EA (European cooperation for Accreditation) and the analogous accreditation Bodies of the other countries and has signed bilateral recognition agreements since SIT is also member of ILAC and signatory of ILAC-MRA arrangement, through which the calibration certificates issued with SIT logo, under SIT accreditation, are accepted all over the world. ILC-MRA include prestigious laboratories like UKAS, DKD, COFRAC, NVLAB, A2LA, etc. Today the laboratory is accredited for Pressure. On a survey run by INMRI, the primary Italian institute for metrology, we are the first obtaining the best uncertainty on our local market. We are waiting soon the extension to Signals and Temperature. The project will continue in the future on the accreditation for Non Contact Temperature Sensor that we expect to be obtained on 2009 and on Gas ( concentration of a gas mixture ) where we will be the first in our country. Of course the cooperation with the primary Metrology institute started since the late 80 s on a project for primary working standard infrared thermometers and continued along the time. Worldwide News Eurotron is continuously expanding its international activities. Last year we opened the subsidiaries of Benelux, Japan and Germany. We exhibited for HVAC at AHR in New York, Interclima in Paris, MCE in Milan, VSK in Utrecht, SHK in Essen. For the Industrial market we mainly exhibited at Bias in Milan, Het in Utrecht, Control/Sensor/Glasstec in Germany, Automation in Mumbay and Miconex in Beijing. 7 Warranty : 2 years From October 1st, UniGas 1000 and flue gas analyzers have 2 years warranty, sensors included. We are so confident in reliability of our instruments that warranty includes all the parts like connectors, battery, pump and printer. New Sensors XL Xtended Life 3+3=6 year warranty ( available only on UniGas ) UniGas Mk3 will have 3 years warranty, sensors included, also for NOx. Customer can order also an Extension Warranty Pack of 3 years for a total of 6 years. This is available at purchasing time of a new unit, not later. This warranty will include a complete service, issuing a new calibration report with certificate after 3 years. This will include a replacement for O2, CO and Battery. A complete renewed unit ready for the following 3 years. Distributor will order the warranty pack with the analyzers and we will send at free, after three years a kit with the above parts to have them fresh. Distributor will recalibrate the unit. Details on pricing on the attached . Maintenance Contract or Extended Limited Warranty It is a successful way to keep long term relationship with customer. You can propose an yearly contract that will extend the warranty including yearly recalibration with fresh certificate. The cost should keep into consideration that each 2 or 3 years you have to replace sensors. After many years you can propose special terms to buy-back old unit purchasing a new one. Customer will protect his investment having a fixed yearly cost. In case of a fault of electronic board we will grant you a refurbished one if you will grant customer a 5 year limited Warranty ( this means they have to service regularly from you each year ). Board will be supplied against documents that will show the return each year of the product for servicing. E-News HVAC 2

8 Service Center ( 5 days average granted delivery ) We did a big investment more than two years ago to improve our service department. Now our main laboratory in Sesto San Giovanni has six engineers devoted to service with an independent complete calibration station. It is also available an emergency line for urgent delivery. Eurotron have service center with calibration capability in many countries worldwide. We remind that sensors can be replaced with precalibrated cell available for UniGas and soon for UniGas 1000 & ( Oxygen is always precalibrated ). We remind that, EN50739 regulation ( point ) require a recalibration and certificate with standard gas if you replace a sensor so theoretically user substitution should not be allowed. EN The European regulation EN50379 states the technical specification of the analyzers used to measure combustion flue gas parameters of heating appliances. All analyzers are usually compliant to the generic EN or EN The more restrictive EN states specification related to statutory measurements that now is mandatory in most of the European countries. This require the CO H2 compensated. This sensor is standard on UniGas and and available as option on UniGas Always tell to your customer to ask for a EN compliant for Oxygen and CO too. Compliant but only for Oxygen will not allow to use the analyzers as CO as to be measured statutory. So EN O2 and CO, H2 compensated. Our EN50379 declaration was sent to you. We have available in our office the complete carnet of compliance testing that customer can examine ( we can t deliver as reserved documents ). The standard unit include a differential dual input thermometer and differential pressure meter up to 120 mbar.
