2 WHEN IN NEED, CHAMPION DOOR FIRE IS THE ANSWER Champion Door Fire is a domestic specialist solution for properties where doors must conform to fire safety standards. The roll-down fire doors by Champion Door can be installed within the structures as they are light and take up very little space. Fire doors and smoke curtains effectively stop fire from spreading from one area of the building to others. The fabric is reinforced with glass fibre and steel wires and rolls down instantly from its protective housing when a fire alarm is activated. The door is supplied with a control unit with battery backup - the door functions even when the power is cut off. The door can be linked to the property s fire alarm system and fitted with separate smoke and heat detectors and alarms. The Champion Door Fire smoke curtains conform to the EN standard and carry the CE mark. Champion Door Fire fire roller doors conform to the EN standard.

FIRE ROLLER DOOR IS UNNOTICEABLE WHEN IT IS NOT NEEDED FIRE ROLLER DOOR CDF-E120 Unnoticeable and rapid fire doors and smoke curtains effectively stop fire from spreading from one area of the building to others. The CDF-E120 fire roller door is usually installed in an open doorway or as addition to a normal access door. The fabric is reinforced with glass fibre and steel wires and rolls down immediately when a fire alarm is activated. Champion Door fire roller doors have been flame tested in a 3 x 3 metre laboratory. Fire roller doors that are approved separately have been as wide as 10 metres. A fire alarm system can be linked to the CDF-E120 door along with its own smoke and heat detectors. A fire roller door with sprinklers can be added with fire resistance class EI. SMOKE CURTAIN CDF-S A motor operated smoke curtain made from fireproof fabric to direct smoke gases outwards through the smoke exhaust vent, thus minimising smoke damages. Smoke curtain CDF-S can be linked to a fire alarm system. The curtain rolls down to a predetermined height and does not impede traffic below.

6 THE TECHNIQUE BEHIND CHAMPION DOOR FIRE DOORS Champion Door Fire CDF-E120 has been tested and flame tested in a Finnish laboratory according to EN fire resistance standard. The product meets all the requirements and exceeds all of the requirements for class E120. The door meets the requirements for class EW-20 without sprinklers. From a distance of 2 metres, the door has an EW class of 30. FIRE ROLLER DOOR CDF-E120 - Functions with 24V, 230V and 400V motors. - The 24V system has a battery backup, 230V and 400V motors are available with an external power source - The door weighs approximately 30 kg/m - A silver-grey fabric reinforced with glass fibre and steel wires.
