9 Construction Site Fire Safety Manager TSC is the leader in Construction Site & Fire Safety services. Most TSC FD personnel are retired FDNY Chiefs, Officers and firefighters with many Jersey City firemen. Our familiarity with the operations and nuances of the FDNY is integral to help companies run a smooth and efficient safe construction site. TSC Construction Safety Fire Safety Managers (CSFSM) bring their fire safety expertise and enthusiasm into ensuring that all phases of the construction process are compliant with the NYC Fire Code and DOB Chapter 33 fire safety regulations. The team s knowledge of fire safety and experience in emergency situations makes TSC the clear choice in choosing a CSFSM to manage fire safety on site.
