ACCESS WALKWAYS Safety gratings O3 in aluminum are an extremely anti-slip choice, tested to R13 top-class acc. to DIN 51130, and has a high strength to weight ratio. STAIRS Stair tread O2 Achil in aluminum and tread O3 OS in stainless AISI 316L are strong and slip resistant choices, anti-corrosive, and has a high strength to weight ratio.

5 one step ahead Slip resistance acc. to DIN Safety gratings O3 are tested and top-qualified in R13 acc. to DIN The German industrial standard describes the ramp test where the O3 surface is angled >35 and lubricated with eg. engine oil. O3 passed the test as much as 50. Safety gratings LHD are classified in R11. Fire protective Low Hole Density surface Safety gratings LHD - The Low Hole Density surface is tested by SP Sweden for fire protective qualities to extinguish oil fires in trafo pits during only 6 seconds. PcP. has supplied over 700 trafo solutions with safety gratings LHD since Heat resistant Alloy 800 material For heat shield decks, safety gratings LHD are made of heat resistant Alloy 800 material. At radiant heat tests, temperatures were measured at about 700 degrees on the grating surface, which was reduced to less than 65 degrees approx. 100 mm below the grating. High strength steel HSS420 Safety gratings LHD in high strength steel HSS420 are applied for weather decks, to meet requirements for gratings dimensioned with low height - for example mm. Using high strength steel HSS420, safety gratings can maintain their high load capacity. Aluminum H66 Safety gratings and stair treads for access walkways and stairs are produced of the special aluminum type H66, which is developed in cooperation with Hydro Aluminium, Norway, and has among other, great strength, high moldability, is saltwater resistant and does not air harden. High strength to weight ratio The PcP. development department makes technical calculations so that all safety gratings and stair treads are dimensioned to the required strengths with the least possible weight. In combination with eg. aluminum alloy H66, gratings and treads achieves a high strength to weight ratio.
