CLIMATEX INSULATED PANEL Heavy-duty cellular covered Mylar insulation offers a high R-value. HEATED SIDE FRAMES AND OPTIONAL BLOWERS Heated aluminum side frames with optional blowers reduce frost and prevent icy floor hazards. STANDARD SAFETY FEATURES The door has an electrical safety contact edge. Standard in-line photocells prevent the door from closing when an object is in the door way. BOTTOM EDGE SENSOR The soft-bottom bar immediately reverses when it comes into contact with either product or person. ACTUATORS Individual applications can include additional safety devices. Actuators such as infrared, radar detectors, push buttons, vehicles detector loops or ra transmitters can be added to the con system. 3 dio trol al TOP ROLL DESIGN The RR300 Freeze uses a large diameter top roll that delivers a smooth and reliable action. This simple design approach means the operation is void of complicated curtain retention systems. MOTOR POSITION The motor can be fitted either on the right or the left side. FREQUENCY CONVERTER CONTROL Albany MCC technology is applied as a control system. The user interface has a graphical display and comfortable foil keyboard. Extensive diagnostic and troubleshooting messages can be read directly from the display. BREAKAWAY BOTTOM BAR The soft breakaway bottom bar has an automatic reset after an accidental impact and protects against injuries.

4 High Performance Door Albany RR300 Freeze DOOR DESIGN Specially designed for maintenance and operations in extreme temperatures, the Albany RR300 Freeze helps you reduce energy loss and maintain freezer environments without compromising product quality. Climatex Insulated Panel Material sophisticated cellular insulation maintains climate control between moderate and low temperature environments down to -25 C or even lower. Weather seal reduces energy loss and climate control despite fluctuations in ambient temperature. Extreme conditions are provided with a low voltage, energy saving, room temperature airflow system. FAST SPEEDS MEET EFFICIENT DESIGN For areas with heavy traffic, the Albany RR300 Freeze opens quickly and safely to increase productivity. Opening speeds up to 3.3 metres per second help to maintain critical freezer temperatures. Break Away Bottom Beam - allows door to automatically reset itself after accidental impact. Slim, space-saving side frames project only 89 mm from the wall. ENSURE SAFETY The Albany RR300 Freeze offers reliable safety features to protect workers and products, while increasing operational efficiency for areas with frequent traffic. Soft bottom bar padded for safety; automatically reverses with the slightest touch of an object in the door opening. Wireless Safety System eliminates coil cords plus the high maintenance costs and lengthy down time associated with them. Safety Light Curtain provides a 1.8 metre high grid of infrared beams across the doorway. If that grid is interrupted, the door will automatically reverse to the open position. REMOTE MONITORING PROTECTION The optional Albany Remote Monitoring Service provides additional protection for cold storage environments, allowing you to oversee door activity from a remote location. DRIVE UNIT The drive unit is a geared brake motor. It may be fitted on the right or left. CONTROL SYSTEM An Albany MCC frequency converter is provided as standard. MANUAL ACTIVATION In the event of interruption or a power failure, the door can be opened via an emergency crank handle. As an option, installing a UPS system will allow the door to open automatically. SAFETY DEVICES The door has been installed with a number of safety devices for both the product and users benefit. Over time aggravated environmental conditions may affect the proper use of the doors. It is recommended that for specific situations a local sales engineer should be consulted for expert advice.
