Please note the new changes to our delivery charges for Monday through Friday delivery days will be charged according to the following schedule, any Saturday deliveries will be charged extra. We do not deliver on Sundays. All deliveries within 50 miles will be charged $40.00 but must meet $ minimum for delivery. All deliveries beyond a 50 mile radius will be charged $ but must meet $ minimum for delivery. Also deliveries 40 miles and beyond will be scheduled for delivery on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY. Please place all orders at least three days in advance. Phone orders will be taken between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at (978) We send out a weekly fax availability list and will also send updated faxes per request. Any problems with items ordered you will be contacted about substitutions. All pickup orders MUST be phoned in one day in advance and have a minimum of 25 trays. We cannot fill any pick-up orders without a prior call. Terms are C.O.D. for all new accounts and any accounts with past due balances will be C.O.D. also. All customers have 30 days to pay. All accounts over 30 days will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5%. After 60 days all accounts will be put on C.O.D. basis. Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee. We accept payment using Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Massachusetts sales tax will be charged unless we have a signed resale or exempt certificate containing your federal ID number and a signature on file. warrants that the plants we sell conform to the description on our order sheet.
