1 February 21, 2018 To All Hastings High School Band/Marching Band members and families, February 21-March 21 is our Gertens Spring Plant Sale. You are encouraged to participate in the biggest and best fundraiser we offer! The earnings for your account vary by item sold and can be found at the bottom of this letter. This money can be used for band/marching band related expenses such as fees, camps, trips and competitions, instrument repair and accessories, concert attire and uniform accessories. Orchestra members can use this fundraiser for expenses for trips. Even if you are a senior or do not have band/marching band expenses, please consider participating. This also raises money for the Hastings Band Boosters to continue the tradition of providing funding for guest artists, busing costs for music events and field trips, scholarships and other valuable support.
