Amaryllis are surely the most spectacular of all flowering bulbs! They are one of those superb (and easy to grow) plants that you have to be in awe over. Those huge blossoms poking up never fail to win gardener s hearts. The bud begins unfurling along the way, erupting once it reaches its peak and then producing magnificent flowers. You will get 2-3 flower spikes with 3-4 blooms on each, giving a long flowering time. The greater the circumference of the bulbs the more food is stored resulting in a fuller plant with more flowers. Our bulbs are guaranteed to give the best results that only full size bulbs can give. NEVER settle for less. Beware of cheap Amaryllis they are often so small you will only get one flower stem. 3

8 Perennials For Hot and Dry Areas Calla Lilies Callas are among the most flexible summer flowering bulbs, thriving in sun and part shade. Give them lots of water and they ll bloom frequently. Bulbs are flowering size and full information is provided. They can be grown nationwide. Kniphofia - Flamingo Red Hot Poker. Spikes of bottlebrush-like heads of orange & yellow flowers bloom at regular intervals throughout the warmer months and are sure to light up the garden. 9 Perennials for Sun Catanache - Cupids Dart Derived from the Greek word for Love Potion, you will certainly fall in love with this attractive, easy to grow perennial flower. Pods of silvery bracts open into a cloud of double fringed, lavender- blue flowers with purple centres held on wiry stems above silvery, woolly-textured foliage. This versatile, drought-resistant perennial will flower all summer and is ideal for border or containers. Excellent for cut flowers, both fresh and dried. Sun. Hardy. Oriental Poppy rupifragum - Flora Pleno Sometimes called Orange Feathers this perennial poppy comes from the mountains of Spain and all through the summer produces semidouble flowers with tissue thin petals in tangerine orange.
