2 Terra Viva Rhododendrons 2016 ALICE: Deep pink flowers, fading to pale rose & almost white in a sunny site. One of the best pinks & award winner. Hardy dense foliage, sun tolerant. 1.8m x 1.5m ANNA KRUSCHKE: A beautiful spring flowering evergreen shrub with reddish purple trumpets with dark crimson-velvet freckling. Foliage is dense and lush. Tolerant of sun and both cold & heat 1.5m x 1.5m ANNA ROSE WHITNEY: Bright rose pink flowers with light brown spotting on upper lobes, borne prolifically in conical trusses. Vigorous, bushy. 2.5m x 2m BIBIANI: A vigorous & easily grown rhododendron. Bright waxy red flower in September. 1.5m maturing well over 10yrs to 3m BLACK MAGIC: Mid-late season. Dark black red flowers, matt forest green foliage. Floriferous. One of the best new reds. 1.8m BLACK SPORT: Deep magenta flowers with almost black eye in Oct. The deepness of the colour gives the flowers a rich, silky appearance. Very popular with purple fans. Often flowers again in the Autumn. Lovely deep green foliage. 1.5m BLUE DIAMOND: Early - Mid. Deep lavender blue flowers in tight terminal clusters. Slow growing, compact, spreading growth. Free flowering & showy. Foliage bronzes in winter. 1m x 1m BLUE PETER: Tight frilled trusses of pale lavender blue with crimson/purple flare BRONZE WINGS: Pink buds open to creamy white flowers with rosy edges. New foliage is a deep bronze red. 1m BUMBLE BEE: Late. A deep purple flower, with a large almost black eye, borne in large conical trusses. Erect habit, dark glossy foliage. 2m x 1.5m BUNA: Mid. Warm peachy orange buds open to rich, biscuit-cream flowers. Flares of soft peach radiate from the throat with light red speckles on the upper lobe. Smothered in flowers. 1m CAREY ANN: Mid - Late. Very hard to walk past when in flower with masses of deep Coral pink flowers which form lovely rounded trusses. Rose pink in bud opening pale pink, fading to near white. Funnel shaped with frilly edges in tight rounded trusses. Extremely hardy & early blooming. 1.5m x1.5m CHRYSOMANICUM: Rich Sulphur yellow open trumpet 5cm flowers in loose trusses. Low compact grower, extremely showy.
