10 2018 SPRING PROGRAM POLICIES AND PROCEDURES All orders are subject to stock available at the time order is filled. Prices are subject to change without notice. ORDER PLACEMENT & DELIVERY: Deliveries are based on Wessels truck as scheduled to your area; we do not have scheduled delivery days for specific areas. Please place your orders in advance so that we can arrange times and trucking to satisfactorily meet your needs. Need to be placed 36 to 48 hours in avance to get truck space. All orders are subject to available truck space. Requests for pre-arranged deliveries or special circumstances can be accommodated under most circumstances. DELIVERY MINIMUM: Minimum order for delivery is $1, (2 Racks). Deliveries are based on Wessels truck as scheduled to your area. Subject to available truck space. DELIVERY CHARGES: Delivery charge is $30.00 per drop. Please note due to volatility in the oil market our delivery charge is subject to change without notice. Please specify your exact delivery location. PICK UP ORDERS: Must be placed a Minimum of 24 hours ahead. Any order placed after 2pm will not be ready until the second day. Example: An order placed on mondqy after 2:00P.M. will be available Wednesday morning. Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday pick ups must be arranged on the previous Friday.) Saturday - 8:30 a.m. to noon. ** Any Orders left over 2 days will be charged a $ restocking fee WALK-IN CUSTOMERS: If order is placed before 2:00 p.m. it will be ready for pick up the following day Shopping days & time - Customers will be able to shop for themselves at our picking dock beginning April 20th and continuing every Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. thru June 2nd. SUBSTITUTIONS AND RE-ORDER: Although, every effort will be made to provide you with the items ordered, Wessels Farms reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions or additions to fill racks if the requested item is unavailable. Items ordered but not received due to material not being ready or out of stock must be reordered for you next delivery. Wessels Farms does not track back orders. PAYMENT AND CREDIT: Credit is considered for established accounts only. You are an established account if you have done business with Wessels Farms at least one [1] year. To apply for credit, please call and request a form. Once approved, credit is extended in the following manner: The first order of the season is C.O.D. The subsequent orders will be on a credit basis and is to be paid upon the delivery of the third order or net 10 which ever comes first. For your last order, payment is due 30 days after the delivery, along with any and all unpaid invoices. LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY: All stock is subject to being unsold on receipt of your order. All orders are taken with the understanding that should injury befall the stock, from causes beyond Wessels Farms control, all orders are to be considered void. All claims for credit must be made at time of delivery. Wessels Farms warrants to the purchaser that our products shall conform to the description and that such plants will be viable when received. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, which extend beyond those set forth above, and there is no warranty of merchantability. Under no circumstances shall Wessels Farms be liable to purchaser or any other person for consequential or incidental damages.
