All plants listed are available at time of list publication. We apologize if some items are sold out when your order is placed or shipped. 2. Prices are subject to change without notice. BOX CHARGES - Please indicate if you wish to receive your order boxed. A non-refundable box charge of $3.50 per box will apply. 3. HST and delivery charges are extra. 4. A 25% restocking charge will apply to items returned if product is of acceptable quality and within industry tolerances. Orders cancelled after having been picked also will be subject to restocking fee. Delivery and other charges are non-refundable. 5. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be considered. If product is of acceptable quality and within industry tolerances a claim will not be accepted. 6. Accounts must be in a current, good-standing position for any return, credit or exchange to be considered. 7. Plants that have been transplanted and/or are not in their original container will not be considered for exchange or credit. 8. Plants treated excessively with "plant shine" will not be credited or exchanged. 9. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards and all debit cards without charge if an invoice is paid on the date issued. We do not accept American Express. If credit cards are used to pay invoices on any date other than the date issued, a convenience charge of 3% will be added. The 3% convenience fee also applies if a credit card is used to pay the month end statement. We accept E-transfer payments at no charge. 10. All overdue accounts will be subject to a 2% per month interest charge. All purchases are made with the acceptance of this condition of sale, and agreement to pay any interest charges incurred. 11. All returned cheques are subject to a $35.00 service fee. Collection and other recovery costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Repeated returned cheques will result in loss of cheque-writing privileges.
