Shaded Woodland sites preferred. Likes poor, sandy soil. Masses of chalice shaped magenta flowers on trailing, deeply lobed foliage. Excellent as a rock garden plant or ground cover. Blooms early summer Blooms July-Sept. Tends to re-seed itself. Definitely prone to re-seeding, so great for larger swaths of color, not good if you want it contained. Gray foliage, white flowers, blooms early summer Drought-tolerant, long blooming season. Blooms vary from yellow, pink, reds and verigated. Slow creeper, usually keeps round shape Varities such as 'First Love', 'Zing Rose', 'Tiny Rubies', and 'Cottage Pinks' are permitted. Varieties such as "Gold Heart', 'King of Hearts', and 'Amore Rose' are permitted. Heart-shaped blooms on an arching stem bloom in the Spring. Herbacious Perennial which needs moisture. Varities such as 'Magnus' are permitted. Attracts butterflies. Blooms June-Sept. Herbacious perennial. Foliage comes in all shades and verigation. The darker the color the more shade is required. Blooms from July to Sept.

Herbacious perennial, shrubby plant with rich, green foliage and 4" blooms that appear from midsummer until frost. The satiny, hibiscus-like blooms range in color from pale pink to deep rose. Attracts butterflies. Foliage ranges from silver to green, puple flowers, fragrant Dramatic flower spikes, attracts hummingbirds, prefers cool, evenly moist soil, needs dead-heading. Toxic. Vigorous, trailing herb with hop-like bracts of lavender and chartreuse through the summer months. Perfect for rock walls. Flowers summer to fall. Needs welldrained soil.
11 Varities such as 'Rocky Mountain', 'Dark Towers Hybrid', 'Carillo Red' are permitted. This thrives in most any welldrained soil with full sun exposure. Xeric. Attracts hummingbirds and bees. Rabbit resistant. Dark evergreen mats of 2" leaves completely covered with drift of white snowflake-like flowers in spring. Blooms April-June. Needs good drainage. Mounds of color in spring. Showy, fragrant on tall plants which bloom in July and August. Great for backgrounds and borders Varities such as 'Goldsturm', 'Denver Daisies', and 'Indian Summer' are permitted. Blooms late summer into fall. Attracts butterflies and bees. Varieties such as "Caradonna' or are permitted. Blooms summer to fall. If Deadheaded can bloom a 2nd time in the season. Attracts bees. White, purple or blue blooms. Attracts butterflies. Annual versions are available, so be sure to get the perinnial plant. Deadheading is necessary. Varieties such as 'Autumn Joy', 'Autumn Charm', and 'Elsie's Gold' are permitted. Blooms late summer to fall. Superb low care groundcover thyme with fuzzy gray foliage and vigorous spreading stems that root as they spread across the soil. It rarely flowers. An ideal crack filler between flagstone and pavers. Rabbit resistant. Spring bulbs. Hardy in snow. Rabbits like to eat tender buds and leaves. Natural vigor and abundant summer blooms. Annual versions are available, so be sure to get the perinnial plant that can be hardy in zone 5.
