2 INTRODUCTION Rona and Réno Dépôt are banners owned by Lowe s Canada We supply 9 Rona and 1 Réno Dépôt location through the Harvesthyme Driver Service Program 9 Rona Home & Garden Big Box stores London, Cambridge, Flamborough, Brampton North, Barrie, Scarborough- Midland, Toronto Stockyards, Scarborough-Golden Mile & Kingston Reno Depot Aurora NOTE: Rona and Réno Dépôt stores have separate live goods programs and ad schedules

3 BENCHING SETUP AND LOCATION Each store will have a pre planned location for the Harvesthyme benches. When you arrive to build and set up the display, review with the Garden Center Manager before setting up. If there has been a change, (sometimes it happens) negotiate the best place for the benches. (high visibility, high traffic area, near entrances etc.)

5 PRODUCTS The following Harvesthyme items will be shipped direct to Réno Dépôt Aurora You will NOT be delivering these items on your trucks You are NOT responsible for maintaining these products You may be asked to discard this product

6 STORE VISIT EXPECTATIONS Introduce yourself and talk to the Department Manager Build a relationship with your key contact! Record the name of the associate you speak with. Find out what is selling fast and what isn t. Keep benches looking clean and full. Ensure there is always inventory of top sellers. Get to know the region through the staff what varieties might be higher sellers in their store for their clientele compared to other stores. Take lots of pictures learn how to take panoramic pictures. Check the Special Requests in your handheld every delivery and communicate fulfillment options to the store associate.

7 DRIVER EXPECTATIONS Each Time You Visit The Store Using handheld device create the order for the store and have store sign for the order A purchase order number will be applied to the order once created Unlike other customers. Rona and Réno Dépôt require PO# and Signature on EVERY delivery for the invoice to be paid. the packing slip to the Store Receiving Manager and Garden Center Manager using the handheld device (same as other Guaranteed Sale customers) Take pictures of the display at every visit (before & after is ideal!)

8 EXTRA DELIVERIES Rona & Réno Dépôt Aurora orders are set up based on 2 deliveries/week Day 1 (Monday, Thursday) Day 2 (Tuesday, Friday) Day 3 (Wednesday, Saturday) There will be enough PO s loaded into the handheld device for 2 deliveries a week. If your store is asking for extra deliveries please advise Stacey or Stevo, so that extra PO# s can be arranged.

9 WATERING Rona and Réno Dépôt store staff will be responsible for watering Harvesthyme Plants. If you have concerns regarding watering or care given to the Harvesthyme Display please communicate this ASAP via the watering button on your handheld.
