2 Eco Energy Flush 70 The Stratton eco-energy flush 70 window is designed to mimic the stylish flush finish associated with pre-1932 timber windows. This allows it to be used in most conservation areas, whilst achieving all of the benefits in connection with upvc windows. 10 Year Warranty Up to A+ rated Wide Choice of Colours Choose from 34 colours in both smooth & grained finishes. Including a variety of woodgrain finishes and stylish greys; our upvc profiles have matching moulding too. New Surpassing their timber predecessors, our flush 70 windows are created using our market-leading upvc profile. This means that they can achieve an A+ thermal rating. This includes 2 heavy duty shoot bolts (top and bottom) that offer up to 300% more contact area than competitors locks. In the event of a breakin due to a security hardware failure ERA offer a 5,000 warranty. Mega Hinges Heavy duty 90 opening hinges with the Easy Clean facility for easy cleaning of the outside pane on all side hung windows. Easy Less frame, More Glass The eco-energy Flush 70 window has slim sight lines in comparison with other upvc profiles in order to maximise light in your home. Multi Chamber Frame Our revolutionary, British engineered, 6 chamber frame includes a co-extruded gasket that springs back to prevent shrinkage in the corners. This helps prevent sealed unit break down, provides optimal thermal efficiency & style. Traditional furniture The monkey tail handle and dummy stay bar are inspired by 19th century ironmongery to achieve a classic finish to the flush heritage window range. Double or Triple Glazed The R9 offers an A rated 28mm double glazed option. For incomparable thermal efficiency it also offers a 44mm triple glazed option that achieves a certified A++ window energy rating. Optional Authentic Butt Hinge The optional butt hinge can assist in retaining the original timber window aesthetic. Bays Fluted corners & defined plinths create an authentic timber effect bay window.
