Glass & Windows Eco Energy Frame 6 Chambers (Front to back) Our profile has 6 chambers front to back, which is double the industry standard. This boosts thermal efficiency and strength. Lead Free Made from eco-friendly, lead free, fully recyclable PVC. Co-Extruded & Anti Mould Gasket Gasket springs back & is attached to the frame to prevent shrinkage. British Engineered & Manufactured Our profile is proudly engineered and fabricated here in England. Up to A++ rated Due to its construction our profile is capable of achieving an A++ rating. 10 Year Warranty PVC Frames, glass & installation are backed by our 10 year warranty. Our warranty is also insurance backed for peace of mind. Typical Trade Frame 3 Chambers (Front to back) These profiles have fewer air gaps for insulation and require steel for reinforcing, which causes cold spots. Leaded Frame Some PVC window companies still use lead in their frames. Pushed in Gasket This is susceptible to mould and unsightly shrinkage in the corners. Engineered and Extruded Abroad The majority of door frames are extruded and designed abroad. A or A+ Rated The majority of windows and doors can only achieve an A rating. 10 Year Warranty Some warranties aren t worth the paper they are written on. 5 Frame Options Our upvc windows come with 6 chambers front to back as standard. This makes them stronger and more thermally efficient when compared with our competitors. We offer sculptured, chamfered and flush frames. 10 Year Warranty Sculptured Mimicking traditional storm windows this authentic 70mm rounded design is now our most popular window product. Chamfered This 70mm bevelled style offers simple clean lines. The straight edges also provide easy clean surfaces compared with sculptured. New Flush Whilst having the benefits of upvc; this 70mm flush window is designed to mimic the stylish flush finish associated with pre timber windows. Plus 90 The ALL NEW 90mm chamfered Plus window offers u values as low as 0.5 W/m²K with quadruple glazing and has triple glazing as standard. 5

6 upvc eco energy Casement Windows The Stratton eco-energy Storm window is multi chambered for high thermal efficiency. This traditional British window offers slim sight lines to maximise light. This is available in a wide choice of configurations, including top or side hung & double opening fire escape. Local Family Run Company Multi Chamber Frame Where others need triple glazing, with just double glazing our 6 chamber frame can achieve an A+14 rating. When quadruple glazed our 9 chamber, Passivhause approved frame can achieve A+40! Long Lasting Our frames come with a 10 year colour fast warranty. As opposed to push in gasket the storm window gasket is co-extruded. This means that its attached to the frame so it prevents unsightly shrinkage in the corners. Wide Variety of Colours Choose from 29 colours in both smooth & grained finishes including woodgrain and stylish greys. You can have matching colours on your patio & French doors too. 7 Superior Hinges Easy Opens fully to a 900 position for fire escape Slides across for easy cleaning access to outside Our side hung windows come with our heavy duty hinges as standard. Tested to 25,000 cycles under a 40Kg load, they last longer and prevent draughts. The hinges provide a 90 opening for fire escape and have the Easy Clean facility that allows you to slide the window across for easy cleaning of the outside pane (see above). Bay Windows Fluted corners break up facade and create an authentic timber effect bay window. 5,000 Warranty Lock The eco-energy window is equipped with our ERA Extreme lock that contains up to 11 locking points. This includes 2 heavy duty shoot bolts (top and bottom) that offer up to 300% more contact area than competitors locks. In the event of a break-in due to a security hardware failure ERA offer a 5,000 warranty. Night Vent 10 Year Warranty All openings in our stormproof upvc windows come with the option of locking in a "night vent" position to allow air flow whilst keeping your home secure. 7

Our range includes conventional upvc storm casement, traditional flush casements, larger glass areas provided by tilt and turns, triple glazing & French windows. Local Family Run Company Tilt & Turn For larger openings and unobstructed views the tilt & turn window can swing in from the top for ventilation and open fully inward from the side. French Window This option is ideal for fire escape compliance when a window is required in a narrow aperture. They are also very handy when moving furniture. Sash Horns With the thermal efficiency and draught proofing of casement windows this option provides the aesthetics of sliding sash windows but without the cost. Triple Glazing As well as the standard 28mm double glazing our stormproof windows are available with 36mm triple glazing for unrivalled thermal efficiency. Flush Casement Our casement window is offered in a flush finish that suits traditional and contemporary properties due to its simplistic yet stylish design. Traditional Our monkey tail handles and dummy stay bars are inspired by 19th century ironmongery to achieve a classic finish to the storm or flush window range.

Window Energy Ratings (WER) allow you to compare potential savings. We offer a wide range of ratings using different glass options. The ratings are determined by 3 factors including: 1. Draught prevention (L value) - 0 is the best possible achievement, 2. Solar heat gain to attract the suns heat (G value), This is between 0-1, the closer to 1 the more heat is gained through the glazing. 3. Insulation values (U value) this is typically the most important figure to look out for as it relates to retaining the temperature inside your home, the lower the figure is better.
