3 tailor made Tailor Made by Kovet Hospitality is the exclusive customization program developed specifically for clients wishing to create a clear expression of their own unique personalities, ideas and tastes. The Tailor-Made program continues to produce unique designs that are customized and personalized for our clients allowing them to enjoy huge freedoms when it comes to the concept, materials, and finishes. The result is a genuinely unique piece tailored to suit the desires of each designer or individual owner. Those desires are now brought to life through a program that permits designers and owners to specify every last detail of each piece, from the concept, and color via a completely unprecedented choice of custom finishes, accessories, materials, and treatments. All of which are the fruit of ongoing research and development by the Kovet Hospitality Design Team, taking inspiration from the company s core values that include innovation, determination and passion. The client s personal wishes and aspirations lie at the very heart of the Tailor-Made Program. The client is assisted and guided through the process by a Team Member who is charged with guaranteeing that the resulting piece is both unique and consistent with the Kovet Hospitality brand and its tradition. Once the item s details have been defined, the client can then track all of the various processes involved in its creation, right up until they take delivery utilizing our proprietary software titled Tailor-Made. Although we are proactive in communicating during the process, we welcome our clients to come and visit the factory to review and approve the final sample prior to producing an order if they so wish. 4 ORDERING DETAILS In-Line and Custom Designs Kovet Hospitality builds upholstered designs and banquette units to your specific needs. Visit our web site at: for standard and detailed information. For custom quotes simply provide your specifications, floor plans, photos or drawings and Kovet Hospitality will submit a price quotation for your approval. Please RFQ s to sales@kovethospitality.com. With receipt of purchase order, Kovet Hospitality will bill for deposit and will create drawings (CADS) for approval prior to fabrication upon request. Please consult your representative or the factory for additional information. Wood All external wood parts used in the manufacturing of Kovet Hospitality seating is of the highest grade solid maple unless otherwise specified. Tables Available in solid maple, wood veneers, chrome and solid stainless steel. Refer to style specifications for details. Wood, like other natural materials, is subject to variations in grain and coloration. Do not place furniture in a location with permanent exposure to direct sunlight. 5 WOOD FINISHES Kovet Hospitality offers a choice of 14 standard finishes on maple wood. The price list includes any of these finishes. Orders specifying custom wood finishes will be scheduled into production upon receipt of an approved customer s custom wood sample match. There might be an upcharge depending on the complexity of the match. This will be determined upon receipt of the sample. ESTIMATING YARDAGE REQUIREMENTS All yardages quoted and indicated in price list are for 54 wide plain fabrics. Narrow Fabrics Pattern Fabrics 50 width add 10% more yardage 5 to 14 repeat add 10% more yardage 48 width add 15% more yardage 15 to 19 repeat add 15% more yardage 45 width add 20% more yardage 20 to 27 repeat add 20% more yardage 36 width add 50% more yardage 28 to 36 repeat add 25% more To estimate fabrics which have both vertical and horizontal repeats add the vertical and horizontal repeats together and use the combined total with the above chart for estimated yardage.
