7 Terms and Conditions Guarantees: Kravet Edge frames are guaranteed for 5 years for the original owner under normal wear and tear conditions. Terms of Payment: 50% deposit required before production will be initiated Balance due 10 days prior to shipment or ship date will be forfeited Prices: F.O.B. North Carolina Exclusive of freight and delivery Prepaid Subject to change without notice Production: Orders are not placed into production until all fabrics, trimmings and diagrams if required are received and fabrics are backed (if necessary), at the factory. Inventory: Kravet Furniture strives to be in stock at all times and is not responsible for issues beyond its control. Dimensions: All dimensions are approximate as with any handcrafted item. Dimensions will vary within reason and will change depending on the fabric applied. Shipping: Delivery only to a legitimate dock Specify the carrier Freight is collect unless prepaid as part of our prepaid delivery program Kravet Furniture is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control Orders will not be scheduled for pick up or shipment unless balance due is paid 10 days prior to the ship date Storage: Net $50 per week after scheduled ship date. It is the client s responsibility to ensure that the acknowledgement is correct. Standard Packing: All Kravet Furniture is packed to exceed standard requirements. Full Carton and Crate. Please call for a quote. FABRIC/TRIM Grading: All Kravet Fabrics that are suitable for upholstery are graded into all Kravet Furniture. Some Kravet Fabrics are not suitable for all products and are not graded but are available separately at Grade 5. Kravet Edge accepts Kravet Fabric only. COM is not applicable Trim is not able to be graded Application: Kravet Edge fabrics are applied up the bolt in a flow match method for the most pleasing match. In the absence of instructions, fabric will be applied to the best judgment of the factory. Kravet Fabrics will be applied as swatched. Backing: Synthetic or knit backing is recommended to prevent unraveling at seams. Backing is already included on graded fabrics when required. Delays: Backing after receipt of fabric will delay production 10 business days. -Synthetic backing: $125 minimum -Knit backing: $125 minimum -Nanotex: $125 minimum -Nanotex with Durablock: $150 minimum -Teflon: $100 minimum -Flame Proof: $120 minimum Inspection: All Kravet Fabrics are inspected before they are shipped to the factory and again on receipt at the factory. If there is a defect we will correct immediately and advise the customer only if there is an issue affecting the order s timeliness. Suitability: Fabrics not suitable for upholstery will not be guaranteed for appearance or durability. Kravet cannot guarantee any fabric for wear or durability. Blend of 75% fiber and 25% down (95% - feather, 5% down) in a non-woven casing. UPGRADE CUSHION SPRING BLEND DOWN SEAT Core of individually pocketed, spring coils in soy-based foam, wrapped with a channeled down-proof cotton ticking bag of 50% polyester fibers blended with a 50% mix of 75% duck featehrs to 25% duck down. KRAVET EDGE STANDARD QUALITY FEATURES: 1. Frames are 7/8 kiln dried laminated hardwood. 2. Standard seat cushion is high resiliency foam core wrapped in 1.5 thick soft cell foam wrap in a non-woven ticking code. 3. Standard back pillow is blend down featuring a blend of 75% fiber and 25% feather mixture of 95% duck feather goose & 25% down in a non-woven casing. 4. Kravet Edge features sinous steel springs or webbing. 5. Fabrics are applied up the bolt in a flow match method for the most pleasing match. 6.
