3 BASIC STAND Première Vision takes care of the installation, placing the stand at your disposal as of 2 p.m. Monday 12th September The basic equipment needed for your stand will depend on its size. The stand consists of: a mandatory wooden floor (12 cm high) covered with needlecord carpet with protective plastic film, walls around the stand (1.50 m wide by m high measured from the flooring inside the stand, or m high measured from the floor of the show s aisles). Walls are made of 6-mm thick DuPontTM Corian (a synthetic resin that is 2/3 natural minerals and 1/3 acrylic resin), white and slightly translucent, allowing light to filter through. the inside of the stand is fitted with hanging rails upon request (draw in the hanging rails on your internal stand arrangement). general stand lighting is provided by «Parasol» light fixtures, consisting of a base with an angled pole in white-painted steel (60 mm in diametre), supporting a «top» which is 2.20 m from the ground (under-surface height ). A detailed description is found on page 17. «Parasol» light fixture are installed a minimum of 50 cm from the external wall of the stand. Once mounted they cannot be repositioned. samples are lit by cornice lights, comprising a mount in white lacquered aluminium-steel plate, with a bowl in diffusing opal-white thermoformed polyethylene, with a fluorescent tube. A detailed description can be found on page 17. The cornice lights are positioned around the periphery of the stand (one cornice light per 1.5 m panel) as well as above the windows and the external glass partitions. a stand sign placed at the stand entrance with the number of your stand, the name of your company, the nationality of your company, basic furnishings, an electrical meter with power corresponding to the average consumption of a typical stand, an electrical outlet allotment. NB : basic stand is provided without stand door. Security regulations for shows in France require that stands with a surface between 50 sq. m. and 300 sq. m., having only one entrance, must be outfitted with at least one safety exit. Stands with a surface area exceeding 300 sq. m. require two safety exits, if they have only one entrance, or one safety exit if the stand has two entrances. NB: «Superstructures» are not part of the basic stand equipment and are not proposed in option. They are part of the overall interior architecture of the show (see page 8). 1

5 SET-UP REQUIREMENTS When designing the internal layout of your stand, please take into account the various technical considerations detailed below: STAND ENTRANCE 2 door formats for 1.5-metre and 3 m wide stand entrances (stand door is optional, see price on page 10). The main entrance to a stand is bordered by panels 65 cm wide, one of which supports the stand sign. Whatever its size, the principal entrance to a stand, identified by a stand sign, is located exclusively on numbered (vertical) aisles and must not be located at the corner of a block. If a door adjoins a partition shared with a neighbouring stand, the hanging rail and cornice light on this partition must be eliminated. It is not possible to install 2 doors side by side. 6 SAFETY EXITS 2 possible door formats for safety exits (stand door is optional, see price on page 10). door for 1.50-m wide opening door for 3-m wide opening Security regulations for shows in France require that stands with a surface between 50 sq. m. and 300 sq. m. having only one entrance, must be outfitted with at least one safety exit. Stands with a surface area exceeding 300 sq. m. require two safety exits if they have only one entrance, or one safety exit if the stand has two entrances. Safety exits can be opened or closed (but not padlocked) during the opening hours of the show. IMPORTANT: The opening created by the safety exit will not and cannot substitute for the main entrance to the stand, which is the only entrance to have a stand sign. It is bordered by plain support partitions on either side and has a small sign (21 cm x 21 cm) placed on the outside, with the same stand number, company name and company nationality as the stand sign on the stand. A safety exit cannot be located on the corner of a block. SPECIAL CASE: Exceptionally, exits can be located in a booth (not blocked). 7 DISPLAY WINDOWS AND EXTERNAL GLASS PARTITIONS Display window exists only in external versions; it is not possible to locate them inside a stand. A display window or external glass partition may be placed next to a stand door. A display window (or external glass partition) may be positioned flush with a partition shared by a neighbouring stand. In this case, the hanging rail placed on the shared partition is shortened to 91 cm. A display window can not be placed in the corner of a block. Hanging rails can be installed behind external glass partitions but not on the back of the windows. 8 LIGHTING Parasol light fixtures: the installation of the Parasol light fixture necessitates a number of technical constraints. Please indicate on your layout a general indication of the position of these lamps; however, their definitive position will be determined by our technical design office, and the specific lay-out of your stand will be retransmitted to you for information or validation. For the same reason, we recommend that you consult with us before ordering additional Parasol light fixture, as the number of lamps foreseen in the basic furnishings of your stand surface has been calculated keeping in mind the space they occupy, and the lamps performance in terms of light diffusion. THE PARASOL LIGHT FIXTURE (installed a minimum of 50 cm from the periphery wall) STAND SIGN BASE OF THE PARASOL LAMP UNDER THE CARPETING 1 M X 1 M CORNICE LIGHTS Cornice lights are positioned around the periphery of the stand (one cornice light fixture per 1.50 m wide panel) as well as over the display windows and external glass partitions. Cornice lights can be installed on either side of internal partitions of 1.5 m (paying option in this case). Cornice lights cannot be installed on smaller partitions of 0.65 m. 9 INTERIOR PARTITIONS (MELAMINE OR GLASS) Interior partitions are fixed on square mounts, and therefore can only be positioned at right angles (90 ), that is to say either parallel or perpendicular to the external partition walls. A 25-cm support partition is systematically located every 3 metres (to guarantee stability) and every 1.50 m if longer consoles for wide «robracks» are requested. Smaller partitioning walls of 0.65 m cannot be outfitted with hanging rails or cornice lights. INTERIOR GLASS PARTITIONS IMPOSSIBLE 45 INTERIOR PARTITIONS IMPOSSIBLE 45 MOUNTED SHELVES The 3-shelf units and 1-shelf units should preferably be positioned on the internal melamine partitions or partitions separating 2 stands. 7

10 RULES FOR OUTFITTING AND DECORATING YOUR STAND The Première Vision stand has been designed in a spirit of simplicity, freshness and lightness. The choice of DuPontTM Corian as a material lends a certain transparency to the stands and the options proposed allow for more openings. The rules we ask you to respect are intended to define a framework within which you can, with restraint, freely express your creativity, and make the most of your space, without impinging on the overall harmony of the show. Main stand entrances, with the stand signs, should be positioned only on the numbered, vertical aisles marked off with a letter (ex: 5 A). Thus all the stand signs are aligned, and thanks to this coherent organisation of the signage, visitors can easily find their bearings in the show. The outer walls of the stand, including the stand signs, must under no circumstances be used to affix posters. The periphery of the stand should remain primarily composed of DuPontTM Corian partitions (we recommend a restrained use of window options and glass partitions). Whatever the personalisation of your stand, it must include the Parasol light fixture originally foreseen for the stand surface (see table page 3), which is an integral part of the stand concept. Nothing is to be suspended or attached to the Parasol light fixtures. Cornice lamps must not be used for anything other than their intended function, and must not be used as shelves. Fabrics must not be displayed above the partitions, nor spill into aisles. No decorative or promotional/advertising items are allowed in the aisles (on the external of the stands). Certain stands are surmounted by «Superstructures.» The arrangement of these elements, which have a general signage function and are part of the show s internal architecture, is determined freely by Première Vision. The «Superstructures» must not be considered part of the stand or stands they surmount, and they can in no case be used to affix decoration. Inside your stand you may integrate personal decorative items, on the condition that you carefully respect the following rules: No decoration may extend above the outer walls of your stand (1.537 m). The material used for the peripheral walls of the stand (white DuPontTM Corian partitions) are translucent, thus we remind you that installing decorations on these partitions will render them opaque and dull, depriving you of the light that would otherwise pass through them, and detracting from the external aspect of your stand. 8

11 In any and all cases, we suggest you pay particular attention to the backs of the decorations you intend to situate on these partitions. Personalised floor coverings are not recommended. If in spite of this you plan to use one, please inform us expressly of this fact before the show. For safety reasons they cannot, in any case, be laid over the stand carpeting. Do not use staples, adhesive tape or any hanging systems liable to damage the walls. Audiovisual equipment: please show respect for those around you by not creating any noise disturbance (only images are allowed). If you choose to bring your own furnishings and forego some or all of the standard furnishing items allotted for your size stand, please let us know in advance. IMPORTANT: All the decorative materials you use must conform to current safety standards (ask for certificates of conformity from your suppliers; you may be required to produce them during the show). All damage or deterioration caused by the exhibitor (or his service providers) to the site, decoration or materials made available to him, as well as to the material and buildings housing the show, will be billed to exhibitors. All special decoration projects must be submitted to the Exhibitor Relations Service at least 1 month prior to the show, for approval or rejection by Première Vision. IMPORTANT: Première Vision has taken measures concerning accident prevention and health protection at work to conform with health and safety laws in France (law of the 31st December 1993 and its application decree n of the 31st December 1994). We remind you that all workers or subcontractors must take these measures into account by wearing appropriate equipment work boots, gloves and/or helmet if required - and have their staff, subcontractors or any person for whom they are responsible wear them on site, during set up and the dismantling period. 9

19 LIGHTING OPTIONS PARASOL LIGHT FIXTURE Power supplied to stands: Monday 12th September 2016 at 2 p.m. and throughout the duration of the show from 8 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. PARASOL LIGHT FIXTURE Composition: The lamp top is rotationally moulded in diffusing opal-white polyethylene, 1.95 m long, 1.14 m wide and 150 mm thick. The lamp top sits on an angled pole in white painted steel, 60 mm in diameter and located 2.20 m from the ground (under-surface height from the lamp top). Inside the lamp top are eight 21 w fluorescent tubes diffusing light at a temperature of 4000 K (daylight), providing 500 lux. Power 8 x 21 W. Colour temperature: 4000 K Parasol light fixtures must be installed a minimum of 50 cm from peripheral stand partitions. Once mounted they cannot be repositioned. Note: please consult us before placing an order, see the recommendations in the chapter «Set up requirements.» REF. LAMPA Price excl. VAT: 189 CORNICE LIGHT CORNICE LIGHT The light cornice comprises a white lacquered aluminium steel plate mount, with a diffuser made of opal white thermoformed polyethylene, with flanges on either end. Each diffuser is m long, 324 mm deep and 100 mm high. Power 28 W Colour Temperature: 4000 K Fixed, mandatory and free of charge around the whole stand periphery, cornice lights are also positioned over the windows and the external glass partitions.
