1 CURRICULUM Emiliano Pasquini was born in Chiaravalle (AN) Italy in June 21th He graduated in Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Marche in 2005 cum laude with a special mention for the thesis entitled "Performance comparison of gridreinforced asphalt systems". In 2009 he took his Ph.D. in Transportation and Infrastructure Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Marche discussing the thesis entitled Advanced characterization of innovative environmentally friendly bituminous mixtures. Since 2015 he is Assistant Professor in the field of "Roads, Railroads and Airports" at the Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering (ICEA) of the University of Padua.
