2 SCP Expansion Project, zerbaijan Environmental and Social Impact ssessment ddendum ppendix E - South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion Project, zerbaijan - ESI Commitments Register Note: This Commitments Register sets out all the specific mitigation measures that the project currently proposes to adopt in relation to potential impacts identified in the ESI. It is the exclusive and authoritative record of the mitigation measures proposed. The Commitments Register is intended to be read in conjunction with the full text of this ESI document which provides important context and background, as well as describing the impacts which the listed measures aim to mitigate or manage, and the residual impact which may remain. ppendix E E-1

The section of the pipeline trench that crosses the faults will be excavated in a trapezoidal shape, lined with geotextile membrane and filled with non-cohesive, graded aggregate Prevention dditional ESI , = mended N 30 D5.034 Design Entire route Geology & Geomorphology n increased wall thickness with a design factor of 0.6 will be applied where the pipeline passes seismic faults to meet the requirements of PI RP 1102 Prevention 5.5.5, , X13.03 Pre- Construction Land Ownership & Use 4 X3.02 Construction KP0-KP6 Soil & Ground Conditions Compensation rates for land and for crops will be reviewed and updated for 2014 as necessary based on update principles described in the LCF In sensitive areas of thin topsoil (as defined by the Company) additional precautions will be taken with the aim of preserving the topsoil for subsequent replacement where deemed feasible by the Company Land Reinstatement N X4.10 Construction KP3.5 - KP4.7 Landscape Following pipeline installation at specific locations determined by COMPNY, an assessment will be conducted and used to design the final landform.
