The principle of operation of Aqua Clean cleaners is effective and safe. By spraying liquid from every direction in the enclosed stainless steel cabinet, dirt and grease are removed from the part. The cleaning liquid, which consists of water and a small amount of alkaline detergent, is sprayed with a combination of high flow and a high pressure against the surfaces to be cleaned. This combined with high temperature leads to an excellent cleaning result. The high temperature also results in rapid drying after the cleaning stage. The Aqua Clean machines are safe to the environment. The recirculating, closed cleaning process and a continuous filtration of the liquid ensures clean surroundings. 5 Aqua Cleans Multi Stage cabinet cleaners are designed to handle large and heavy components, that requires two or three stages to achieve the required kind of cleanliness. Usually the components have a high level of impurities and greases that require a highly developed cleaning technique. AN ALLROUND SYSTEM FOR DEMANDING CLEANING The wash in a Multi Stage cleaner is carried out in a closed cabinet where the rotating spray system sprays the hot liquid on the components from all directions. 6 Aqua Clean Full-Flow BRC-Cleaners are designed to clean components, that require a high quality Cleaning result. The components may have a high level of contamination, which can only be cleaned by using Full- Flow cleaning in combination with rotating basket technique. The BRC -Cleaners are produced in many different varieties; single or multi stage with 1-6 chambers. Integrated drying, separate oven and automatic conveyor systems are optional features. FULL-FLOW CLEANING FOR PROBLEMATIC COMPONENTS The BRC -Cleaners are designed for cleaning of components placed in a basket. The Full-Flow cleaning is carried out by means of spraying liquid with high pressure and flow into the bath. This result in a strong turbulence, which in combination with rotating basket is a highly effective method to clean channels, holes, etc. in the components The BRC-Cleaners are equipped with a rotating fixture, that can be oscillated. It is possible to perform 1-6 stages in the same chamber, e.g. wash, rinse, passivation and drying. The recirculating cleaning liquids are pumped with separate pumps from each tank and continuously filtrated through the filtration units. The cleaners are already highly equipped as standard.
