Cross functional rotaryvibratingtablesareusedwhenproducingconcretepanels,which have vast surface such as: ceilings, walls, facing panels and sandwich lightweight and heavyweight concrete goods.

3 Vibrating table technical speciﬁcation Rotary vibrating tables provide high size accuracy and high concrete facing quality. Tabletops are ﬂexural welded constructions made from proﬁle rolled and structural steel. The shaping surface can have ﬂat area inﬂection no more than 2mm by 3000 mm. Good concrete consolidation with low noise emission, reduction of the vibration shattering impact on rotating mechanism, rotary table transportation cost optimization are the advantages of the construction. A rubbervibration suppressor separates the tabletop from tip-over bent. The equipment is delivered in separate tables, however, it can be stacked and joined into production line of the needed length. The tables are joined by spacer plates no less that 700 mm wide. Maximum rotation of the vibrating table is 80. Rotary vibrating table has varied conﬁgurations, containing: telescopic hydraulic cylinder, hydro station, tremblers, thermal rails, ﬁxed and moving skirting boards, control cabinet and interlocking panel apparatus,safety chains. Tabletop surface load capacity is up to1000 kg/m2, which equals 400 mm of heavyweight concrete. Forming surface of the table is made from plate steel 10 mm thick (09G2S;Guard400,Hardox). Forming surface vertical displacement is no more than 2 mm and no more than 3 mm by horizontal base. Forming surface width is up to 4000 mm,depth is up to12000 mm.

6 Control cabinet or interlocking panel apparatus Control cabinet is individually installed on every stand or in a single copy for all equipment. Control cabinet installation for rotary vibrating table enables the following operations: table rise and lowering regulation; choosing certain vibration machines; choosing groups of vibration machines; changing vibration frequency smoothly; rising/lowering frequency level range from 0 to 200 Hz. All control cabinets are equipped with an on going technical processes light in dication and an emergency stop button. The control cabinet s are made in steel bodies, which can have wallmounted or standing design.

7 Heating components Heating elements are used to gain stripping strength: thermal rails in aplain tube shape (Dу32, Dу40,Dу50), which are inserted under the forming surface; heating agent: hot water, vapour, thermal oil. Heating elements are installed through ﬂexible ﬂanged joint to supply and main return lines. Specialpurpose resin apron to restrain heat is attached over the tabletop perimeter.

8 Extra conﬁguration for rotary vibrating table M-Konstruktor offers molding bents and magnetic skirtings - extra conﬁgurations for rotary vibrating table. Molding bents allow several products to be simultaneously molded on a rotary vibrating table. Before poring concrete mixture, molding bents need to be ﬁxed by magnets to avoid their raising. Bents have essential advantages in line production and preproduction, they reduce attachment time on molding stand and provide better accuracy of concrete goods geometric value. You can also order magnetic skirtings, which make any conﬁguration concrete goods production possible.
