4 WASHERS A WIDE AND VERSATILE RANGE Our new range of front loading washer extractors provides a large choice of capacities and varieties that meet the needs of almost all type of structures and are designed to perform the most demanding services. This new generation combines the latest technology with the best quality in components and material. Their low consumption in water and energy makes them remarkable by the quality of washing and saving costs. Technologically well-equipped with standard Wet-cleaning, new user-friendly and intuitive microprocessor these series provide high performance and easiness of installation and maintenance. Our new range exists in various capacities from 10 to 120 kg according to models, free standing or bold down, with G force 450, 200 or 100 and is ideal for all types of laundries: commercial, industrial or self-service. 4

5 THE HIGHEST ACHIEVING ONE ON THE MARKET WASHERS DIGITAL CONTROL EASY TOUCH New TOUCH CONTROL microprocessor, with touch screen, easy programming and multiple functions and features, offers great flexibility and important energy savings. WET CLEANING All washers have the necessary features to use the WET CLEANING system, avoiding an investment in expensive applications to work with this advanced washing concept. With this feature many dry cleaning processes can be done with washer extractorss, which also means a reduction in costs. STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION All our washers are manufactured in stainless steel body, drum and tub, which besides an elegant look, provides better quality and increased resistance to the external agents, lengthening washers lifetime and avoiding corrosion problems. UTILITIES SAVINGS All washers are equipped with an efficient system by means of which you can indicate the load which is introduced in the machine. The washer, automatically, adapts the quantity of water and chemicals to be used for that load. AQUA MIX SYSTEM Equipped with an automatic water mixer (mixing different water temperatures) which provides energetic savings and reduces washing times. ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY INVERTER Thanks to an advanced technological development, and by means of the inverter, washers detect imbalance at an early stage. By means of small perforations in the ribs of drum, water has a cascade effect on the load. This increases considerably the mechanical action inside the drum during washing cycle and therefore reduces the need for water. Also, drum and tub s efficient design with a narrow gap between them, reduces energetic consumption to heat up water, as well as overuse of chemicals and water. They provide the perfect solution to prevent cross contamination between soiled and clean linen in laundries. These machines have been specifically designed to be located through a partition wall thanks to their 180 opposite double doors: one door in the dirty room for loading soiled linen, the other in the clean room to unload the clean one. Our new range of tumble dryers was designed to simplify your everyday life and meet the needs of most of our customers in minimizing cycle times while maintaining a high efficiency drying without altering clothes. Our new range of tumble dryers offers the benefits of the most efficient dryers at best value for money. We would like to point out the Care Dry system which allows to save energy because cycle stops automatically when linen has reached the required level of residual humidity. Moreover drum spinning speed automatically adjusts to humidity level to optimize drying time. In addition we developed particularly economical dryer ranges with heat pump technology or 2-in-1 stack dryers saving space with higher productivity. Our equipment is the result of three words: productivity, perfect results and sustainability. 20

21 THE HIGHEST ACHIEVING ONE ON THE MARKET TUMBLE DRYERS ENERGY SAVINGS To achieve maximum energy saving we have created recirculation system that reintroduces the expelled hot air inside the drum. This way we re-use the hot air which lowers the energy heating consumption and at the same time we increase the air flow inside the drum. This new patented system consists in regulating the reused air-flow depending on the humidity level. This way we optimize each phase of the drying process with the maximum energy saving without increasing the time of the drying cycle. CARE DRY New DANUBE humidity sensor offers a precise control of the moisture in linen. By this system the drying cycle will automatically stop when it reaches the set level of residual moisture. This system offers many advantages. Among others we want to point out time and energy savings by avoiding unnecessary prolongation of the drying cycle and wearing of linen. Besides this, the new drying system adapts automatically drum speed to humidity level of the load. By this feature, drum will move at the optimal speed to ensure maximum humidity extraction, thus reducing significantly both drying time and energy consumption. INSULATED PANELS DOUBLE DOOR GLASS Complete air-flow circuit has been thermally insulated in order to optimize energy to heat the air and to maximize energetic efficiency. Drum, panels in contact with air-flow, recirculation duct and of course door (double glass), have been thermally insulated to avoid any loss of heat to the outside. SPRINKLER Integrated Fire Extinguishing System provides maximum safety and immediate activation of the system in case of fire inside the dryer basket. DOUBLE FLOW New system of mixed axial-radial air-flow increases the efficiency of the whole drying process due to timprovement of the air-flow inside the drum. Besides, re-used air is being reintroduced in the machine directly through the back of the drum, increasing the mix flow effect. ELECTRONIC CONTROL Easy and intuitive to use, DANUBE tumbler dryers electronic control offers a complete control of the process. Even offering the possibility to select required drum speed, statistics control, technical menu, alarms, etc. REVERSING DRUM All models offer reversing drum. This way the drying process is more efficient and offers better uniformity on the garments drying process, avoiding at the same time tangling of big pieces. Drum reversing system is done through an inverter in all models. STAINLESS STEEL DRUM Drums are built in stainless steel BA finishing, to have better quality and durability. GENTLE DRY New drum perforations make sure linen is gently handled, lengthening garments lifetime. OPTIMAL FLOW Further openings on the drum sides and front in the Gold range have been implemented to improve air flow and thus drying cycle. 21

64 FINISHING EQUIPMENT DANUBE offers a wide range of auxiliary equipment for the industrial laundry, from ironing tables, presses and form finishers, to steam cabinets, toppers and spotting tables. Ironing tables can be supplied with built-in boiler, or without boiler to be connected to an external steam supply. Different models are available with up-steaming, blowing and vacuum heated table, to simplify the ironing process of all types of garments. Presses are ideal for the ironing of big linen like curtains, bed covers; and the special press for collar and cuffs makes the process easier. Form finishers and steam boxes are thought for cases with quite an important production of garments like coats, jackets, dresses, shirts, etc. DANUBE can also offer spotting tables to dry cleaners and other businesses where removing stains is needed before cleaning the garment. 64
