2 Plate Evaporative Condenser Reduces Energy Consumption The Heat Transfer Technology that Reduces Energy Consumption The special Wavy-Flow is well established in the world of Enhance Heat Transfer Technology. Temp Tech is proud to be the first who introduce the Wavy-Flow technology to be used in our Plate Evaporative Condenser. The refrigerant is flew turbulently cause of the wavy-patterned design on our plate heat exchanger and it travels 10 times shorter than the plain tube. This results in 1. High heat transfer efficiency and less pressure drop. 2. Reducing energy consumption due to the lower condensing temperature. 3. Light weight and compactness. Modular System Unlimited Expandability It is flexibly and simply installed with less spare parts. Smallest space required. The system is expandable one by one start from 300,000 kcal/hr (1 unit); 600,000 kcal/hr (2 units); 1,500,000 kcal/hr (5 units). Its expandability is well-suited for all refrigeration plants either small or large scale, for plant renovation or improving better condensing pressure which helps saving energy and extending compressor s lifetime. Our EVAP-PAK requires less space and is lightweight than any other condensers. Therefore the replacement of the existing unit is simple and able to provide higher capacity within the same space. Plate Heat Exchanger The Extreme Capacity With the special pattern Wavy-Flow, the refrigerant is flew turbulantly along the plate which increase lots of condensation coefficient. Our plate is wellcared during the production with skilled engineers and trained welders, plate heat exchangers are also tested under pressure at least 40 bar with accurate instrument for quality assurance. Chemical cleaning is applicable. Therefore we ensure our EVAP- PAK is the most reliable product. Long Life and Less Maintenance Our EVAP-PAK is fully made of SUS304. The self anti-corrosion and well-resistance make our EVAP- PAK suitable for installing at any environment in the world. It is well-suited for all kinds of refrigerants such as Halocarbon, Ammonia or any of NWF (Nature Working Fluid) the future environmental friendly refrigerants. 3 Evap-Pak Evaporative Condenser The advantages of structure of our evaporative condenser are novelty,unique and reasonable.we are the first to use the sepcial structure of oval tube condensing coil and PVC heat-exchanging layer and the air with the same direction with the wate Working principle The vapor evaporate and take away the heat of the refrigerant. During operation, the cooling water is pumped up to the nozzle on the top of condenser and evenly spraying to the outside surface of condensing tubes and forming a water layer. The high temperature refrigerant gas come into the condensing coils from top and condenses by cooling water into liquid and flow out from bottom. Some water absorb the heat and become steam, the rest water drop to the water tank for re-circulation, meanwhile, the fans on the top make wind with speed of 3~5 m/s to speed up the evaporation of the water layer outside the surface of condensing tubes and also cool the dropping water which will get back to spay onto the heat-exchange tubes. The steam is blown out by the blower and the blobs mixed to the steam remain on the dehydrator. The floating valve in the tank control water supplement into the tank automatically. WATER SPRAY SYSTEM CONDENSING COIL FRESH AIR AIR GUIDER WATER TANK Construction features HOT & WET AIR AXIAL FLOW FAN DEHYDRATOR HEAT-EXCHANGE LAYER MAINTAIN PASSAGE We design the machine with advantages of novelty, unique and reasonable. The condensation tubes and all the other metal components inside are hot-dipped galvanized (good anti-corrosion and long lifetime). Special tube arrangement makes the coil much smarter and more coil area in a fixed space to enhance heat-exchange. Patented dehydrator is used to reduce the water consumption. The water spray nozzle is anti-blocked type to ensure even spraying. The axial fans are low noise and large air-flow. The blades are made of aluminum alloy and the motor is damp-proof.
