9 3kW Fryer Cut Out Thermostat Modification Instructions IMPORTANT NOTICE Disconnect from the mains supply before carrying out any maintenance on any electrical equipment. Any electrical parts should only be replaced by a competent person. Due to the regulations changing on over temperature cut out thermostats, the manufacturer of the part, have made this part obsolete. REPLACEMENT The TMST10549 replaces the TMST55135 but some of the Parry product will require some modification to fit this new part.

10 On models 1860, 1862, 2000 & 2001 The back plate that covers the fryer head will require the middle hole (A) to be drilled to a hole size of 10mm. This will allow that fitting of the thread through the rear and locked in place using the nut provided On models CMF, CMF2, CMFF, CMFF2 The back plate that covers the fryer head will require a hole to be drilled to a size of 10mm, 100mm from left of the back and 49mm up from the base of the head. 11 On models PSF3, PDF3, PSPF3, PDPF3 On these models you are able to remove existing cut out thermostat and use the middle hole in the bracket. Lock in place using nut. On models 9003, 9103 Existing bracket will need to be bent out of the way and drill a 10mm hole in the rear back plate of the fryer head.
