3 3 I. Summary introduction 1. Company Summary First of all, thank you for ordering the YXT series machines from Shanghai Kuixing Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. Shanghai Kuixing develops itself in design, manufacture and sale for many years. It is a comprehensive company with science, technology and trading. The main products are liquid filling machine, paste filling machine, jam filling machine, aluminium sealing machine, capping machine, labeling machine, printer, vacuum packaging machine, heat shrinking machine, all kinds of conveyor etc. They are widen used in food, beverage, medicine, health care products, chemical, farm chemical, lubricating oil, engine oil, detergent and cosmetics industries. We have semi-automatic and full-automatic machines, which can use singly or assembled in a whole line together with rising, filling, capping, sealing, labeling and printer. We have several different kinds of lines, for example in food and beverage industries: jam, wine, vinegar, water, tea juice, juice with particle inside. All machines are designed according to the customer s requirement. INTRODUCTION Shanghai Kuixing Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd was established in 2003 in Shanghai, Pudong developing area. Our company strives to work in a procreative environment favourable to the R&D for the automatic packing machineries, and lean upon a solid know-how developed over the years. Providing high quality machine and good services is fundamental for us. We are always ready to listen our customers to meet their requirement, as our priority is their satisfaction. Our machines are under strict, and manufactured by professional skilled workers. Our sales department fully listen to the concerns the customers to give to them a quick and efficient answer at any time. With our machines we provide solutions for many industries such as: beverage, food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, oil, cleaning, printing, electronic etc. MAIN PRODUCTION Our production line includes series for: Self-adhesive labeling machines, non-dry glue labeling machines, liquid filling machines, capping machines, sealing machines, and counting machines. The machines are designed according to the GMP standards. We always keep on developing new technologies for the machines. Since 2003 our production has covered over 20 provinces in the domestic market. Moreover we keep long term business relationship with our customers, this is for us a token of trust recognition of the work accomplished. 3

We strongly believe that thanks to our efforts and the support our customers we will soon become a leading company in the automatism packaging machinery industry. Before your first time of using this machine, please read clearly this manual, and follow it. This manual includes the operation and safe information the function of this line This filling line is suitable for beverage and wine, it is rinsing filling capping labeling for glass and ceramic bottles. It is the automatic line, which can save a lot of manpower and speed up the production speed. 3. the main character of this line 1) This production line use special plastic conveyor, which is long-life and environmental protection. Moreover, the conveyor has two sides guardrail, which can meet the different kinds of bottles and protect them when working. 2)The catching parts of rinsing, filling and capping can all adjusted according to different kinds of bottles, and to ensure the bottle go into the next step successfully. 3)Filling process: the filling machine use sensor to check the bottles, the air cylinders fix the position of bottles. The filling volume, filling head, bottle catching, bottle blocking, bottle checking can all be adjusted according to bottle size. 4)Pressing caps process: the capping machine use caps unscrambler to collect and sending the caps. The path can be adjusted according to the caps size, and the capping head can be adjusted according to the bottle size. 5)Labeling process: the labeling machine can separate, adjust, press bottles and sending & pressing labels automatically, and it could be adjusted to meet different kinds of bottles. 6)This production line has widen use range, easy adjustment and stable performance. 4. machine character Type, Name L*W*H (MM) YXT XP rinser 6000X1800X YXT FY negative pressure filling machine 2500X1400X YXT ZY SL capping line 2000X650X YXT C two sides labeling machine 2500X1500X Weight (KG) Capacity: 15~20P/Min Total power:7kw Total air pressure:1.0mpa II. main parts adjustment 1. guardrail adjustment 1)Loosen the hand wheel of guardrail, see drawing 1. Adjust the width of guardrail to meet different diameter of bottles, the bottles can go through the guardrail easily. The bottles will gather together if the guardrail is too tight, and the bottles will shake if it is 4
5 5 too loose. 2. rinser 1)how to adjust the bottle clip head:first, loosen the lock nut (see picture 1), adjust the distance between two bottle clip heads through the clipping bottom of touch screen, it s better to ensure that the bottle will not be fallen from the entrance to exit. Don t be too tight, otherwise the motor will be overload, and be damaged. (see picture 2) 2)After adjusted, the lock nut must be locked. (picture 1) 5
6 6 (picture 2) 3.filling machine 1)adjust the width and height of bottle clip according to the bottle sizes (see picture 1). Note: A. the height of two sides clip heads should be the same. B. it s better to make sure the bottle can go across. It would be blocked if it is too loose. The motor will be overloaded if it is too tight. 6
7 7 (picture 1) 2)adjust the filling head and bottle clip location according to the bottle sizes (see picture 2, 3 and 4). A. Adjust the filling nozzle height through the hand wheel (picture 2) according to the bottle height. B. Loosen the lock nut, adjust the filling nozzles to be left or right according to the bottle mouse. After adjust, be sure to lock the lock nut. C. If the filling speed of one filling nozzle is slowly, the top thread can be loosen and make the ring down to suitable height or change the ring. D. Adjust the fixed board to the suitable height through the hand wheel according to the bottle size (see picture 3). Note: The lock nut should be loosen before adjust, and be fasten after adjust. E. Adjust the position of board and tray through screw (picture 4). F. Adjust the height and position of board through screw according to the bottle size (picture 5). 3)Check the sensor and cylinder (picture 6). Adjust their position through screw. 7

11 11 (picture 6) 4.capping machine 1)The bottle pressing and clipping s adjustment is the same as that of filling machine. 2) cap sending device Adjust the voltage of Mechanical pressure regulator, in order that the caps can vibrate in order. Adjust the path according to the cap size. 12 3)caps unscrambler It has four adjustable foundations, which can relieve the vibration inside the unscrambler. The vibration device make the caps to gather in order and go down the path. The frequency can be adjusted, but it can t be too high, otherwise the caps will fall out of the unscramber. And it can t be too low, otherwise the speed of unscrambler will be too slow and can t meet the requirement. 12 (1)Loosen bolt 1, the caps storage can be changed. (2)Adjust the distance of L between armature and Magnetic Blocks through bolt 2, to achieve the most suitable requirement. (3)The change of voltage will influence the frequency of unscrambler. You could loosen bolt 3 to increase or reduce the amount of springs. But the bolt 3 must be fastened. (4)If the distance of L is too small, the noise would be big because of the crash of armature. So, in this situation, the distance of L should be adjusted. (5)The path must be in the same path, otherwise the caps would be blodked. 4) holder of caps unscrambler 12
13 13 The height of vibration device can be adjusted though the hand wheel, in order that the caps can go into the path successfully. 5)caps pressing device Adjust the capping head s height according to the height of bottle. 13
14 14 5.two sides labeling machine (1)Check whether photoelectricity to open label is sensitive, specific steps as follows: Power on, turn on the photoelectrical switch on control panel. At the same time, power indicator of photoelectrical amplifier installed in machine box can be lit. Place the time control key to OSD position. Test key will be laid in LIGHT position. Adjust sensitivity of this amplifier in different working environment, with different reaction area. Find out the lowest and highest point of reaction area, lay one tested object in the front of photoelectrical sensor, simultaneous don t rotate (SENSITIVITY) button (started from 0 position) clockwise until reaction occurs. This position is the lowest point of reaction area. Place TIMER key on OND shift, don t rotate SENSTIVITY button clockwise until OUT indictors is lit, this position is the highest point of reaction area, then lay TIMER to OSD position, place SENSTIVITY button into middle position of reaction area. Adjust reaction time, TIMER button, and reaction time between 0.1~0.5 seconds. Label stop has been adjusted before delivery, without adjustment. (4) Height adjustment of labeling machine body 1. Loose upper and lower fixed braces. 2. Adjust height and elevator height of handwheel. 3. After adjustment is completed, brace should be interlocked. 14
15 15 (5) Parallel adjustment of stripper mouth Its aim is to make parallel with stripper plate, sponge attached on wheel, and conveyed belt surface, in order that label can be adhibited in parallel while labeling. 1. Mouth of stripper should be tilted downwards, shown as following drawing. Adjustment mode: Loose upper brace Slowly lock lower brace, till stripper mouth can be in parallel with working object. Lock upper brace. 锁紧 2. Mouth of stripper should be tilted upwards, shown as following drawing. Adjustment mode: Loose lower brace Slowly lock upper brace, till stripper mouth can be in parallel with working object. Lock lower brace. 15
16 16 (6)Wheel attached agency adjustment The clearance of the body size and two sponge objects should be fit,it is better the clearance is a litter tight. To make it go ahead by turning round the hand wheel CW, and go back by CCW. After adjusted, the hand wheel should be locked. III. Electrical wiring, and principle diagram 1.layout diagram 16

26 26 2)The wiring diagram of PLC IV.Common problem reason and method. PROBLEM REASON METHOD washing:off bottles bottle walked slowly or don't even go. Clip bottle conveying is too loose or tighten. Adjust the degree of tighten of the clip bottle conveying. The bottles backward and piles of bottles in the conveyor. Guardrail width is not right. Adjust the guardrail width. Piles of bottles in the position of bottle filling clip. The whole filling quantity is less or more than it required. The speed of clipping bottle or the width is not right. 1.Filling delay. 2.The height of filling head. Adjust the height of capping head. 1.Adjust the photoelectric intensity. 2.Adjust the dissection of the board to make parallel with label coming wheel. 3.Add the drying equipment. 4.Change label 1.Adjust the speed of label coming. 2.Add the drying equipment. V. daily maintenance 1.Clean up the besmirch on equipment surface every day, keep the surface clean and tidy. 27
28 2.Adjust the screw rod the position of bearing and guide pillar should be added a good amount of machine oil,one time every ten days(in the first six month).the position of wheel gear and sprocket wheel should be added oil,two times every one month(in the first six month).every adjustment position should keep flexibility.the top thread must screw down when the machine work normally. 3.The machine should be preventive maintenance and replace the quick-wear part in time
