3 DESCRIPTION Eaziflo is a mobile, self-contained weld fume capture system, designed specifically for removal and filtration of various types of welding fumes, vehicle exhaust fumes and odours. The unit features Clyde-Filtercorp s Handy Arm, an articulated, highly manoeuvrable extraction arm, mounted on top of the filter unit, to enable the collection of fumes at the source. An alternative top for dual arm arrangement is available. For the removal of specific contaminants, the Eaziflo features a multi-stage filtration system. A direct drive fan draws polluted air into the unit at a nominal rate of 375 l/sec via an integrated spark arrestor. A baffle plate dispenses the dirty air evenly across the plenum, resulting in equal distribution when filtered. A prefilter removes larger particles, and a second stage high efficiency filter removes particles down to 0.3 microns. An optional third stage carbon filter is added for control of odours. The filtered air is discharged back into the work area. Standard units have Interfold prefilters and Clyde- Interfirm as second stage. Where odour control is required, the Clyde Interflow 80D carbon filter is used in the final filtration stage. The direct drive blower pulls the air through the system and discharges cleaned air back into the work environment. The blower is located in a sound insulated chamber, keeping noise levels to below 80dBA at 1m. The unit is mounted on swivel and stationary castors which allow easy movement and manoeuvring. The disposable filters are easily reached through a side access and can be quickly and effortlessly placed directly into a bag to avoid exposure to the service technician. All filters are manufactured in Australia and available locally in all states. CONSTRUCTION The Eaziflo is made of 2mm mild steel. Manufactured in Sections. All sections are individually powder coated prior to assembly for durability and appearance. The motor is 1.5KW (overload protected), 415V with a speed of 2900 rpm. The maximum overall fan static pressure is 1.5 kpa. ELECTRICAL Standard units operate on 3-phase 415V 50 Hz power via a 20 A outlet. Alternative electrical specification to suit local power supply is available on order.

8 DESCRIPTION The Filtercorp HCP range of dust collectors provide superior filtration of most types of industrial dusts and fumes. Filtration of the captured dust is done at high efficiency to meet emission standards with the cartridges being star pleated to optimize filter surface area. With a variety of configurations the units can be designed to meet the needs of most applications including food manufacturing, engineering, woodworking, foundries and plants engaged in the production of paint, plastics and chemicals. At the heart of the HCP are selfcleaning filter cartridges that provide high filtration efficiency and low operating costs making the system compact and easy to maintain. HOUSING The housing is constructed of heavy gauge pre-punched and pre-folded panels. Only four panel sizes cover the complete standard size range. All HCP units can be supplied complete with hopper and legs, as a bin vent or as an insert able unit.

DUST STORAGE A large capacity dust storage bin is connected to the conical hopper for easy disposal of the dust. Various discharge methods are available. EASE OF SERVICE To eliminate cartridge removal, doors are conveniently located enabling simple filter inspection. Routine maintenance is achieved without the use of tools and is performed from the clean side of the dust collector. SUPERIOR FILTRATION The quality of the media dramatically affects the quality of filtration. The HCP cartridges are made from spun bonded polyester which gives superior performance compared with other media types. AUTOMATIC CARTRIDGE CLEANING The HCP contains a purpose designed reverse pulse self cleaning system and depending on application requirements, venturies or unique nozzles are utilized to provide optimum cleaning performance. 13 DESCRIPTION The portable MiniPulse provides strong suction to capture dust and fumes at source. Filtration of the captured dust is done at high efficiency to meet emission standards with the single filter cartridge being star pleated to optimize filter surface area. A range of options enables units to be configured to meet needs of most applications including the pharmaceutical industry, food manufacturing, engineering, foundries, woodworking and plants engaged in the production of paint, plastics and chemicals. The MiniPulse combines a very efficient fan, washable filter cartridge and dust storage bin in a single assembly with the fan and motor being positioned on the clean air side of the unit. The whole assembly is mounted on wheels for easy movement in confined spaces. CONSTRUCTION HOUSINGS The housing is constructed from 2mm steel with exterior finish in baked enamel that has been specially developed for hostile production environments. Stainless steel is also available. CARTRIDGE The filter cartridge, positioned vertically inside of the unit to maximize cleaning efficiency, is made of spun-bonded polyester. This material has excellent air permeability while boasting high filtration efficiency. The cartridge is accessible from the clean air side of the MiniPulse. Ranges of filter surface finishes are available, including PTFE-coating and antistatic material. FAN A direct drive fan with a dynamically balanced backward curve fan wheel is designed to provide high extraction volumes at low noise levels. ELECTRICAL Standard units operate on 3-phase 415 V 50 Hz power via a 20 A outlet. Alternative electrical specification to suit local power supply is available on order. DUST STORAGE A large capacity dustbin under the cartridge is mounted on its own wheels. AUTOMATIC CARTRIDGE CLEANING During operation, the cartridge is cleaned automatically by regular pulsing with compressed air. Cleaning is non-disruptive and controlled by a solid-state timer. The consumption of compressed air is low at 30 litres per minute of free air. AIR RECEIVER The integrated compressed air receiver is pressure tested and certified.

The dustbin can be easily separated from the unit without the use of tools.

14 EASE OF SERVICE The design of the MiniPulse minimises exposure of service personnel to collected dust. The upper section of the unit hinges up to provide service access to the filter cartridge, with gas struts supporting the opening part of the unit. The Handy Arm has a swivel base that bolts straight on the optional inlet adapter of the MiniPulse. The standard Handy Arm has a reach of 2.5m and while mounted on the MiniPulse, can provide an arc of 180 degrees. Two knee-joints allow accurate positioning of the suction hood. The knee joints are external to the suction pipes and cause no obstruction to air flow. If required a halogen light can be mounted to the hood to illuminate the source of contamination.

DESCRIPTION The Negative Air Fan Filter Module is manufactured in Australia to conform with the performance requirements of AS The robust cabinet houses a fan, pre-filter and a HEPA filter. This combination ensures the removal of airborne contamination by air drawn in by the fan and passing through the filters. LIMITATIONS Air Handling Negative Air Fan Filter Modules must not be used where products and materials such as inflammable vapours and airborne biological agents present an exposure risk to personnel. PERFORMANCE The HEPA filters are individually tested on a NATA accredited Hot DOP test rig to AS and filter efficiency is always guaranteed. Hot DOP testing is an essential part of HEPA filter manufacture since only Hot DOP creates a fog of 0.3 micron particles to challenge the filters efficiency. To pass inspection each filter must achieve a minimum efficiency of 99.99%. The module HEPA filter is designed and tested to supply 566 l/s at an initial resistance of 250 Pa. STANDARD SPECIFICATION HEPA filters will be individually tested to AS by a NATA accreditation laboratory.

21 DESCRIPTION The Filtercorp Silo-Vent range of Dust Collectors provides a computer designed range of continuous cleaning systems for the removal of dust from industrial applications. The filter surface area is optimised by using either filter bags or pleated cartridges. With a variety of configurations available, the units are designed to meet the needs of many applications including cement, fly-ash, grains, limestone, sand and similar bulk storage handling materials. The selfcleaning filter or filter bags provide very high filtration efficiency with minimal maintenance requirements. This enables operating costs to be kept to a minimum. The Silo-Vent dust collector Midi model fits new installations and replacement of existing Green Bag units. The Midi unit can be installed directly into the collar of Green Bag units. Due to the lack of moving parts the Silo-Vent is extremely user friendly and requires very little maintenance thus ensuring years of trouble free operation.
