The Item Detail sheets will show each room/area and include a listing of all services that will be required for the room/area. The line item price bid for each room/area should include all costs necessary including, but not limited to, all labor charges associated with photographing, inventorying, evaluating, cleaning, deodorizing, packing, boxing and placement of contents into storage; packing materials; cleaning supplies; building material disposal; etc. Also, in regards to industry standards for this type of work, the following shall apply: Standard cleaning is a general cleaning that does not involve pressure or power blasting or a lot of manpower. Heavy cleaning and very heavy cleaning is determined by the amount of soot, chemical or hazardous contamination. This would include the use of more potent cleaning agents, pressure or power blasting, heavy labor, more cleaning time, etc. 1
