3 Megatron Introduction Megatron is a specialist state-of-the-art recycling unit that has been designed by Hydro Cleansing Ltd. Megatron is designed for sewer cleaning, dewatering, sludge removal, it combines technologies together in one mobile unit including ultra high pressure water jetting, power generator with tail lights as well as the highest suction and jetting capacity available. To date, Megatron is the largest sewer cleaning and water recycling unit on the public highway in the UK. 4 What can it do? Whilst in operation it is crucial that the engineers are able to see the level of the material inside the vessel, all sight glasses are illuminated with LEDs which gives optimum vision at all time. High volume/high pressure water jetting Ultra high pressure water jetting powerful enough to cut concrete, with the capability of reducing the power not to damage the inside of a pipe but still have the desired effect of removing unwanted substances from your drainage system. Deep Vacuum Lift Facility - Megatron has the ability of loading 4000 gallons in less than 4 minutes. This means the customer can have the machine on site for a minimum amount of time.

6 What can it be used for? Ability to remove waste and continuously recycle used water. This enables us to continuously clean without having to leave site to dispose. Mainline Sewer Cleaning With full recycling capability, Megatron is ideal for cleaning and desilting main line sewers. Without stopping the cleaning operation for recycling Megatron gives you full onsite efficiency Deep Shaft Cleaning Megaton has two, 3100cfm liquid ring pumps able to maintain 95% vacuum at depths up to 100m. The on board compressor means this can be extended to over 150m. Tunnel Cleaning As with Shaft Cleaning Megatron can provide high pressure water and high suction at depths of 100m with lateral suction up to 700m from the base of the shaft. Ideal for utility tunnels and undercrofts.

7 Sludge Tank Cleaning Megatron does not need to stop the cleaning operation for recycling, it gives full onsite inefficiency with the ability to remove and dewater up to 100 tonnes of solids per day. Megatron is ideal for wastewater process maintenance projects Fat Removal Megatron can remove cooking fat using the 9 inch suction boom to remove the waste from the sewer, clean the water and then recycle it. Removal of Concrete Megatron has the capability to remove large densities of concrete from drainage systems. UHP Concrete Cutting Motorways and Building Sites Megatron can perform Hydro-Demolition - Exposing re-bar on motorway carriages and opening up expansion joints as necessary on carriageways
