4 HIRE PERIODS One day - 24 hours hire. Two day - 48 hours hire. Week- Hire charge for any period of 7 days. Weekend - A special period between 4pm on a Friday afternoon until 9am on a Monday morning. TERMS OF HIRE Terms and conditions are obtainable on request and can be collected from the Hire Counter. It is the customer s responsibility to return the equipment or arrange collection. This will determine the end of the hire period and, of course, alter hire expenses. Customers must ensure that all equipment is not brought back damaged, and that it is clean and reusable. We advise all our customers to make sure that they minimise any risk of loss, theft and damage of the machine as during the period of hire, they are responsible for the hire equipment and will automatically be charged in each of these circumstances. PAYMENT DETAIL If you already have a credit account with Hale & Co. (Drybrook) Ltd., it is possible for hire transactions to be billed your account at the end of the month, both final and interim payments. Cash customers must pay on return of the hire goods. When the hire period is organised, hire staff will request card details for security purposes and so that payment can be taken on completion on hire or interim payment at month end if applicable. Details will be disposed of immediately following the payment transaction. 2
