3 INTRODUCTION GENERAL DESCRIPTION Interior evaporating units built ready to be coupled with exterior condensing units fitted with variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems for R-410A. The air air units of the ECV SP series are delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate installation after having passed a strict verification and quality control process. The design and layout of the components offer great installation versatility and easy access to the interior of the unit for maintenance tasks. CABINET Made of high quality sheet steel covered with an aluminum, zinc and silicon alloy and finished with an electrostatic polyester powder coating polymerized in a furnace at 190 C, thus providing excellent coverage on corners and edges and ensuring optimum corrosion resistance. Inside, the unit is fitted with thermoacoustic insulation. HEAT EXCHANGERS Manufactured with comprising mechanically expanded copper tubes with specially corrugated aluminum fins to provide superior performance levels. VENTILATION Double intake centrifugal fan that allows for duct installation. Power transmission through belt and pulley systems to regulate air flow to static pressure ratio. Also available with radial Plug-Fans equipped with 7 curved, high performance blades manufactured three dimensionally with composite materials. Equipped with built-in pressure tap nozzles High air flow, high efficiency, high pressure and low noise level due to the geometry of the fan blades. POWER SUPPLY The units are designed for a 400 V / III / 50Hz power grid. For different requirements, please contact our commercial department. OTHER CHARACTERISTICS Designed with VRF capabilities (only compatible with condensing units equipped with VRF Kits). Conceived with the option of vertical or horizontal discharge. Semi-automatic purge system included in the heat exchanger. General power switch. Chassis for floor or ceiling installation. REGULATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION.
