Hole 8" across and 20" deep. Code Note To Brett By water fall, north side, 7/3/15 in the woods towards Pod AA. Sinkage around on the Bob COS west side. Bob Y North side of Sweetleaf Drive is wavey (similar to the Pod V streets). Storm water outlet spreader - End of Ambleside The downstream berm that contains the spreader for this outfall is severely eroded in many JA P areas. The attached photo shows the worse location. This was originally reported to me by Don DeSessa by on April 20, Hartwell Lane Mary Bodnar Per the attached letter from Mary Bodner dated April 16, 2015, there is an eroded hole below JA R the low retaining wall in her back yard. I am guessing this is in COS and should be repaired. From the picture the hole looks large enough to be a hazard and possibly should be taped off. Lake L & M spillways The attached February 2015 Solitude Lake Management report states that there is significant JA COS erosion of the channel downstream from the spillway on both lakes. Recently I was told the erosion is 6 feet deep but I have not viewed the site myself. I don t believe either spillway is very accessible but they need to be added to the list and repaired Calla Lily St Storm water that runs between and flows over the retaining wall and has eroded JA K the soil at the base of the wall to a point where it appears the base gravel for the wall is exposed. This was first reported to Jessica Shipman on August 1, 2013 and subsequently to Vernon Kline on April 7, s and pictures are attached Truman Bob V 7/17/15 update: COS 30 feet behide property line. A 4' x 4' concrete culvert for storm water distribution has significant sinkage around its parameter taped off.
