The topography is fairly level at the street consistently decreasing in elevation to the rear of the property. The site plan approved by the Planning Commission in June of 2013 contained seventeen (17) four-bedroom units. The applicant has acquired some additional land to construct one (1) additional four-bedroom rental unit for a total of eighteen (18) and is requesting approval for the amended site plan. The applicant met with the Site Plan Review Committee on February, 2014 and has made all necessary revisions for compliance. Recommendation: Approve Site Plan amendment for The Cottages at Hooper Hill with the following condition: 1. The lease is to included language that the Non-parking areas will be the owner s responsibility to enforce.
