Installation instruction and circuit diagrams are prepared in pedagogical sequence thus ensuring easy installation and correct function. These training kits are designed to be installed on assembly boards which are placed in special frames. The boards can be removed from the frames and stored in a rack built for this purpose. 4 IMP-03 Three-phase Motor Wiring Kit To be used for practical exercise in realistic full size wiring of industrial type of motor controls in accordance with wiring standards. A three-phase motor is connected to the mains supply via a starter, fuseboard, earth leakage circuit breaker and kwh meter. PVC surface cable is used throughout except for the connection between the motor and terminal box where flexible conduit PVC single cable is used. Direct on line, manual, star delta and automatic star delta staring can be connected into the circuit. Isolated earthing is necessary on the motor circuit for correct operation of the ELCB. The trainer consists of complete modules, representing a typical floor plan of an apartment. 15 IMP-06 Station Modules to start an Asynchronous Motor The bench has a 1500 x 750mm, stratified top and a single leg assembly. This singlesided station for one student enables you to quickly test the fittings using the jumper wire technique. Each component is fitted with Ø4mm safety sockets which are compatible with fixed sheath safety leads. Thanks to this design, interconnections can be made very quickly and in complete safety. The side unit encloses actuators behind two engraved front sections. This unit is also used to switch on and protect the study grid, and to switch it off in the case of an emergency. Description Each actuator is identified by a standard symbol engraved on the front surface. Each polarity is attached to a safety terminal set into the front surface. The components are fitted with female safety sockets which allow rapid connection using Ø4 safety leads. These safety sockets make every IP2X part safe for the user.
