With its headquarters, manufacturing, and training facilities in Johannesburg, Technoswitch has been supplying and providing technical support for high quality fire detection products into sub-saharan Africa since Our distribution network continues to increase with branches in Cape Town and Durban, together with the ongoing addition of new distribution channels into sub-saharan Africa. The range of fire alarm sounders includes Sonos sounders for small to medium commercial applications and Nexus sounders for high output industrial applications. Emergency beacons use either Xenon flash tubes or highefficiency LEDs as their light source. In high background noise areas emergency beacons accompany sounders to ensure the alarm is recognised.
