BUILDING SUMMARY OF CAPITAL EXPENSES CORE/SUITE RENOVATION SUMMARY Phase 2 The renovations performed as part of Phase 2 of The Washington Cracker Company Building were mainly focused on finishing the remaining core renovations and individual suite renovations required to make the building safe and usable by future tenants. Renovations included but were not limited to the following: New High efficiency Daikin HVAC system extended to all remaining suites; New Grease Duct System to support food service tenants; Extend Security system and Access control to remaining suites, elevator, and access stairs; Extend/Modify fire sprinklers and fire alarm system to all building suites; and General extension and completion of Phase 1 buildout (electrical/plumbing/drywall/finish work).
