First established in 1998 the once Victorian-based security and risk management business has grown substantially over the past two decades to form a nation-wide organisation. Offering client support, backup staffing and the co-ordination of ad hoc and emergency services, the centres leading edge design and operational methodologies incorporate several systems to ensure we are in contact with our customers and personnel at all times. 5 SECUREmonitoring Facilities Offering industry leading monitoring services to clients across Australia and New Zealand, SECUREmonitoring safeguard the assets of over 14,000 businesses and homes throughout the region. Our team of highly trained Monitoring Services Officers provide non-stop monitoring services via our ASIAL certified, Grade A1 Monitoring Centre, which operates twenty four hours a day, three hundred and sixty five days a year. Transmission Mediums Monitoring services are provided via multiple transmission mediums such as: PSTN (traditional dialler service) GSM Direct Wireless Multipath Permaconn IP (e.g. DC09, ArmourIP) These mediums support a very wide range of services across the Australian and New Zealand markets. Services The Monitoring Centre was certified in 2009 as ASIAL Grade A1, and undergoes audits bi-annually to maintain this level of certification. Harnessing industry leading methods and equipment the Monitoring Centre has the capability to monitor an unlimited number of client lines, simultaneously. Reporting & Online Portal SECUREmonitoring offer bespoke reporting solutions to ensure we provide our clients with accountability and transparency of service. Utilising an online portal clients can access reports through their unique user ID. These reports can include: Alarm activations Open close reports A client-specific solution 5

6 A virtual alarm response costs roughly half the price of a physical patrol. Innovative Service Delivery Virtual Patrols: Harness the power of virtualisation. Growing in popularity across the Australian market, virtual patrols are replacing services traditionally conducted by a physical guard/patrol presence. How do they work? One of our highly-trained Monitoring Services Officers assumes control over the CCTV infrastructure within a nominated building, area or precinct. Implemented at an agreed time and frequency, the virtual patrol service (also known as a guard tour ) is scheduled into our monitoring system. The automated system then prompts our Monitoring Services Officers to complete the tour at the specified time. Our virtual patrol services are carried out via a full interface between the platform and our monitoring automation. CCTV products directly supported include, but are not limited to: Avigilon Dahua HikVision Milestone Mobotix Cameras that support real time streaming protocol (RTSP) and generic IP cameras using HTTP interface With more CCTV products being added to our supported range regularly, please check with our monitoring division to see if your system can be supported as this range is driven by market demand. 6

7 SECUREmonitoring Virtual Alarm Response Similar to a virtual patrol, a virtual alarm response is implemented following an alarm activation received by our monitoring facility. A Monitoring Services Officer then assumes control of the CCTV infrastructure to verify the event. With all patrol footage viewed in real time, and captured for evidentiary purposes, a virtual alarm response gives you the peace of mind that should an actual intrusion take place, you can expect a much faster response from police. Alternatively this solution can save your business the hefty fee of a physical patrol guard attending the site for what turns out to be a false alarm triggered by nothing more than environmental causes. Virtual alarm responses are also conducted at approximately half the cost of the physical attendance of a Patrol Officer with the additional benefit of it being enacted immediately, allowing for the verification of an incident much faster. Service transparency is further enhanced by the system s automated activity reporting (via ), which can be provided to your specific requirements (e.g. on a daily, weekly or monthly basis). Additionally, we service all market sectors, not only providing monitoring of security alarms, but also personal emergency/ duress alarms, plant/equipment alarms, fire alarms and hold-up alarms for defined premises. 7
