PANOU SA within the context of the R&D project E-sponder was responsible for the design, construction and integration of various systems and technologies to the specially adapted vehicle MEOC (Mobile Emergency Operations Center). E-sponder consists of a platform which combines data-centric technologies and applications in real time providing with information and communication support to the First Responder (the person who acts first) during the course of a state of crisis. (e.g. earthquake, fire etc). E-sponder enables the control improvement and information management thus succeeding to the optimal synchronization of special forces (police, rescuers firemen etc) with the control centers in real time.
