Shipping; Sales are FOB, point of shipment, unless prior arrangements are made. We will ship by the most economical mean possible from our warehouse, unless you authorize a specific routing. Special Orders; Special orders, for components specified as Special Order or components we do not regularly stock, will be subject to a minimum order or and must be Pre-Paid at time of order. All special ordered components are not returnable. Minimum Billing; Except on back orders, the minimum billing for regular accounts is 50.00, excluding freight charges. Returns; No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number and shipping instruction. The RMA number can be obtained by calling our sales department at The RMA number must appear on all shipping packages. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to product(s) returned due to customer mistake. All faulty components will be accepted at no charge to the customer and will be replaced or credited at no charge. Returns must be completed within 14 days of invoice. Warranty; When orders are shipped they are guaranteed to be free of defects in material or workmanship. Only at the discretion of International Fire & Safety will components be repaired or replaced that are proven to be defective. No other warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. All extinguishers are required to receive annual maintenance by a professional licensed and certified agent. Some extinguisher types may require additional service to be preformed periodically. Common extinguishers need to be emptied, pressure tested (hydrostatic test) and refilled every five years.
