Clay was very professional and aware of what was going on. Whenever I asked a question he would answer it professionally. He was pleasant and easy to get along with. He considered me a part of the installation which I have never seen. Phil did a really good job as well... I am very pleased with my new Leaf Guard gutter system. I would recommend it to any one. The old gutters had been damaged from ice and snow not to mention finding someone who would clean them out every year. My worries are over. I would install nothing else ever again...but LEAFGUARD. I had to hire and pay a roofer to replace flashing & shingles after Leaf Guard placed ineffective deflectors twice. I had water come into... They did a wonderful job. Everyone who installed it did a great job. It was great. I have been told by several others, that 40 feet is too long to run a gutter without a downspout. I have also been advised the downspout should not run down to the foundation, that it shoulddirect water away from the house. I thought your employees would have the training to properlyinstall your product,... I'm very satisfied with the work that LeafGuard of Louisville did. Rich is fantastic and very knowledgeable!
