My experience with the designer who came to the house was outstanding, She sent and introducing herself and sent a text reminder of our appointment date. She also called to discuss my needs so she could... They were very professional, from Tammy s initial visit to the installers and their work. Everything fir perfectly, and we love our new window coverings! are awesome! Tony the installer was very thorough with the installation and took the time to make sure everything was right and working well. We definitely recommend and we look ward to using there services in the near future. I would like a talk about Ric Knight. He came to our home March 2018 and the paperwork was never submitted.i finally called and that is what they told me. Our blinds were installed in August 5 months later, I am not a person to complain but this was not acceptable. What can you do to give you 3 blind... In home ordering, helping me to figure out what would best suit what I needed blocking glare on my TV. It is fantastic. The installer was very knowledgeable and delightful to work with. The color I picked to match my baseboards was way off from the samples. Had to reorder and pay them again. Replacements took a long time to come and the hinges are the wrong color. Still waiting installer to come and replace the hinges. Shutter are nice but the service was not Costco... We have used Three Blind Mice on three occasions three different types of window coverings. We have been delighted with all of the results. Not only are the finished products exactly what we needed the quality and service were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend them! I had to call blind mice twice bee a technician finally called to install. Install was quick and tech polite. Quality Installation, QUALITY Product!! I chose the blinds that have the lining to Stop the light from penetrating the blind. These were in a bedroom with three large south facing windows. When they are closed, 97% of the light is blocked!! The rising sun no longer wakes me up!! I call these types of... What a great experience working with this professional knowledgeable company.i love the end product and the team fulfilled everything they promised. It took this company 5 Months to install windows Shutters in my House...They are Poorly Designs and Not exactly what I was expecting. We are in the process now of finding a solutions to Fix or replace them Do to bad Quality. The overall experience was good. The consultant was not attentive to the requested details. Pam A. Everyone showed up when scheduled (that is a BIG deal to me) and the blinds were done when expected. They look great and we are very pleased. Quality product! Richard was great, not a pushy salesman and spent the time answering all of our questions. Installer was also helpful. Showed up on time was professional and friendly. We really enjoy our blinds! The salesperson sold me a product that was totally wrong the application. When I asked them to review, their solution was a really shotty rinky-dink modification. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and helped make this process go very smoothly. She worked very closely with her installer who came to take the final measurements. She was very knowledgeable, very accessible and very patient. We had originally ordered shutters two rooms and blinds all the other windows. We then had a window replacement contractor come to give us quote and soon realized that... There is an apparent lack of mastery in the use of the tape measure. Fit and finish seems to be lost on owner and installers I made a poor choice of fabric the shades. The sample was a warm cream with small flecks of other warmcolors. The shades are white by day and let in too much light. At night they are a charcoal or light black.i am We love our blinds but wish a little more time & communication had taken place. Shelli was very helpful in picking out the color during the initial visit but afterwards we never heard from her unless I called.
