Personally managed a project to put photographs of the restaurants onto the Web rather than ing them as before. 9 Strengths Kitchen and retail design in depth experience in kitchen layouts, kitchen ergonomics and staff travel paths to maximise efficiency and safe working conditions. Also design seating layouts, restaurant layouts, space planning, taking into account customer perceptions and the needs of people with disabilities. This experience has been gained within McDonalds. Supermarket Layouts with Pak n Save and New World, gained considerable experience in overall supermarket designing including lighting, electrical, security, truck docks, shelf design, wiring diagrams for POS systems. Civil Engineering at Rodney County Council, gained exposure to designing pump stations, sewage system drawings, storm water and water reticulation, drawing maps from deposited plans, roading (cut and fill work), bridge design and the design of depots. Compliance familiar and experienced with regulations around health and safety, some knowledge of town planning and domestic structural design (particularly REG 3604) have also carried out some private work for home clients in residential design. CAD used CAD at Foodstuffs (versions Auto CAD 2 13) for 8 years, 8 years at McDonalds (used versions 13 to Auto Cad Also familiar with Autoaids, an architectural add-on package). Have assisted with supervision and some training of other CAD staff, twice in Malaysia. Autocad ADT Approx 2 years at Mitre10 Design. Computers familiar with an Intranet & Network systems, Graphics & Web Design, Familiar with HTML Macromedia Dreamweaver and some knowledge of JAVA., all Microsoft products, Graphics Software Paintshop Pro for graphics and all of the software relating to Windows & Windows XP including other Windows software packages. Personal Development Courses at McDonalds on Motivation, Goal Setting, Development & Business Management, as part of in house training for all staff. Note: I have not had the opportunity to do any Contract Documentation over the years, as either it was done by others in the offices I worked, as they were so big they employed specialists, or the work was out sourced, or the places I worked did not have to do this type of work, so it was not there to be done, my main interest is in drawing, that is what I enjoy and do.
