12 Prject Schedule Oct. Partnered with Wdinville s Rtary Charitable Fundatin. MOU presented t City Cuncil fr apprval f partnership t create Peace Ples in DeYung park. Dec. City issues call t artists at varius lcatins. Rtary begins t build relatinships fr peace ple spnsrs amng lcal businesses. Jan. Submissin deadline fr artists designs f the ples. Rtary, Arts Alliance, and City staff start t partner design submissins and spnsrs. Feb. Artists and spnsrs are ntified f match. Artist sketch and clr pallet due fr review. Mar. Cnsultatin between clumn spnsr and artist t refine designs (if needed). Final ple designs due t the city. May Ples are cleaned and primed. Artists n site t paint the ples in DeYung park and sealant is applied. Engaging businesses and the cmmunity. Wdinville Rtary asked abut putting a peace ple n city prperty. DeYung park was being redesigned + hme t 20 blank cncrete ples. Rtary began netwrking w/ lcal businesses t find the spnsrs. MOU w/ Rtary Charitable Fundatin. Peace Ple Cmmittee selected the artists + final designs. Cmmittee matched artists w/ spnsrs. Spnsrs + artists wrked tgether t refine designs. Final designs apprved by the Cmmittee. 12
